p	pijus grude on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located far from the center. The rooms are not even close to 3 star hotel. The rooms are outdated, the shapoo in the shower was old and had some rotten particles floating around, the shower system is cranked up, really hard to get normal warm water, it's either burning hot or freezing cold. Room that we lived in had windows to some kind of factory backyard and because of the metal curtains you can't even put your head outside. The staff is okay, but I wouldn't say they are great. And we payed for this 95eu (brekfast not included) Overall I would say this is too pricey for the things that Nova park has to offer.

If you want to stay for long term this is not the place. 2. If you need cleaning, you need to remind every time 3. No proper internet connection 4. Very expensive

I thought that it was necessary in 4 stars hotels anyway!!! The pool was ok! I didnt like the idea of having 2 airbuses right above my head, especially since i have an aeroplanefobia! It even smells really weird inside those planes...
L	László Zolnai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If they don't trick with the parking fee I would give a 5. -Uhhhh, from 1st of January we changed our rules, the parking fee is 1€ pro hour. - Ok, but in reserved my room with free parking, it's in my confirmation. - Sorry, but I don't care, that's our new rule! The hotel is a bit oldschool, but stil ok, it's clean and the breakfast was also great.

Drinks and snacks can be purchased downstairs at the reception. Great breakfast buffet and nice staff. Pool, which is in the basement, closes at 10PM.
S	Sarah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location: Located a bit outside from the city, more relaxed area. Spa: I loved the spa, it’s a real spa department and not just a hotel “spa”. You should definitely try it out the. Rooms: I tried out two of their rooms. The first one was NOT good but then I changed to a superior room and that one was first class. Smelled good and fresh with a view. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for their spa, superior rooms and breakfast
B	Bálint Xénia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place I ever been. Very few possibilities for smaller kids, we could not even use the family pool in the basement, because they kept some fitness training there. (They have a big spa with pools, only for adults, and they vould not keep it there.)

Breakfast is well thought out and plentiful; you won't be hungry. The staff is accommodating, considerate, and speaks multiple languages. And did I mention dogs are allowed? I enjoyed the possibility to check in late, even after the reception was closed at 21:00. Recommend the Hotel to anyone visiting Graz.
