Erst konnte ich wochenlang niemanden am Telefon erreichen, dann war Betriebsurlaub, dann die Pistensperre. Letztes Jahr im Sommer durften scheinbar keine Flüge stattfinden, weil mit der Registrierung etwas nicht passte. Auch nachdem Sie mir mit einem anderen Piloten einen Ersatzflug angeboten hatten, bekam ich leider keine Infos, wann er denn fliegen würde und das ganze verlief sich wieder im Sand. Und nun haben wir Corona und das kann sich auch noch Monate ziehen. Die Entschuldigung ist also schon lange überfällig. I was really looking forward to the sightseeing flight with S-Air, but I only had bad experiences. At first I couldn't reach anyone on the phone for weeks, then it was company vacation, then the slopes were closed. Last summer, flights apparently were not allowed to take place because something was wrong with the registration. Even after you offered me a replacement flight with another pilot, I unfortunately did not get any information about when he would fly and the whole thing ended in the sand again. And now we have Corona and that can drag on for months. So the apology is long overdue.
