M	Marcel Hölzl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir bekamen eine Führung durch das Werksgelände und der Guide erklärte uns auch ausführlich und interessant, welche Teile für was gefertigt werden, wie sie gefertigt werden und andere interessante Details. Die Führung war sehr interessant, was vermutlich auch auf den Guide zurückzuführen ist, welcher sich selbst sehr für seine Arbeit interessierte. We were given a tour of the factory premises and the guide also explained to us in detail and interesting which parts are made for what, how they are made and other interesting details. The tour was very interesting, which is probably due to the guide, who was very interested in his work.

M	M M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde von dieser Firma FACC über einen Headhunter kontaktiert für eine Stelle in der Entwicklungsabteilung. Über den Headhunter teilte ich der Firma meine Gehaltsvorstellung mit. Es kam zu einem Vorstellungsgespräch vor Ort in dem von Seiten der Personalabteilung komische Fragen gestellt wurden, also solche Psychospielchen. Anscheinend fanden sie mich so toll, daß mir etwas später telefonisch ein Vertragsangebot unterbreitet wurde. Als man mir das Gehalt mitteilte ist mir die Kinnlade runtergefallen. Obwohl die Firma über den Headhunter meine Gehaltsvorstellung kannte, wurde mir das was ich netto haben wollte als Bruttogehalt angeboten. Das waren monatlich 700 € netto weniger als das Gehalt was ich schon verdiente. Ich habe dann dankend abgelehnt. Außerdem war FACC nicht bereit mir die Fahrkosten zum Vorstellungsgespäch zu erstatten. Wer also einen neuen Arbeitgeber sucht sollte um diese Firma einen großen Bogen machen! Es gibt bessere Firmen! I was contacted by this company FACC via a headhunter for a position in the development department. I informed the company of my salary expectations through the headhunter. There was an on-site interview in which the HR department asked strange questions, so such mind games. Apparently they thought I was so great that a little later a contract offer was made to me over the phone. When I was told the salary, my jaw dropped. Although the company knew my salary expectations through the headhunter, what I wanted net was offered to me as gross salary. That was € 700 net per month less than the salary I was already earning. I then declined with thanks. In addition, FACC was not prepared to reimburse me for the travel costs to the interview. So if you are looking for a new employer, you should avoid this company! There are better companies!
