★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir kommen nicht wieder! Es war wenig Interesse da für uns als Familie das passende zu finden. Da wir ein begrenztes Budget hatten wurden wir eher belächelt und nicht sehr ernst genommen. Das Lehrmädchen wurde beauftragt uns zu bedienen,die hätte jedoch serwohl Unterstützung brauchen können. Das fand man jedoch nicht als wichtig genug,obwohl die Fachkraft frei war und keine Kunden hatte! Nie wieder!
We will not be back! There was little interest in finding the right one for us as a family. Since we had a limited budget, we were rather smiled on and not taken very seriously. The teacher was assigned to serve us, but she could have needed some help. However, this was not considered important enough, although the specialist was free and had no customers! Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz vereinbarter Buchung des Visums für die USA wurde kein Visum erledigt. Für sollche Angelegenheiten macht man doch alles über ein Reisebüro!!!! Reise erfolgte einen Tag später. Nächstes Mal woanders.
Despite the agreed booking of the visa for the USA, no visa was taken care of. For such matters you do everything through a travel agency!!!! Travel was a day later. Elsewhere next time.
