D	Dot Opal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was just forced to give a star otherwise I can't write anything at all. The Radiology section here has the most poorly organised place. I have been to other places for my MRs & Xrays, this place sucks. Even with appointment you still need to wait ages. Once my husband was refused even if I called for the appointment twice. Nobody warned us that the patient should not eat before hand. Because of that we're rebooked for the next month. When it finally happened we waited almost 3 hours for my husband to do just a 20 minute MRT. I have no star to spare this place. I was gonna go to the Management to complain. Nie wieder.
A	Ali Okumus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this hospital on 9.10.2021 as an outpatient and they deposited 300 euros from my card and they said that they will send an invoice and will refund the remaining balance. Since that day, I cannot reach anyone, I don’t know what happened to the deposit, no invoice is sent, nothing. The hospital is stolen my money and no correspondence available. I will be passing the case to my lawyer and sue them on coming Monday. Disgusting and unprofessional!
A	Alex David Nuaym on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My low point is for “the doctor”. Dr. Mina Roschanzamir is absolutely and definitely not a qualified doctor. There are nurses better than her. Checks throat with phone light, puts equipment to ears without protective cover and she absolutely never answers for whether you should use the medicines she gives (obviously she gives antibiotics without any test). She always replies “it’s up to you, I don’t know, maybe” etc etc. She should absolutely be sent away from the hospital before any big damage done to a patient. As long as she is there, I will never ever go to this hospital. Otherwise the hospital is good and modern.
P	Panagiotis Giannelos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never went there to be honest, but I did a call to them at 4am and I really feel that the person that talked to me, actually saved me that day! I just stayed 1 day in Austria and I had to go back to Greece that morning. I ate something and I had a lot of pain in the guts and belly, I had no local sim card, none to help me (airbnb), no travel insurance and much money and no idea what pharmacy I could find at Sunday 4am and not close to the center. The guy was really polite and gave me a full list of the closest open pharmacies and also told was patient enough to give me exact location cause Google wasn't showing it open. I was able to recover thanks to medicines I took fast enough to be in position to travel back and catch my important task I also had. Again, I'm glad I talked to a human with all the meaning! (This happened on July btw, I just was able to remember the clinic now :p)

G	Gab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience in the hospital. The staff was incredible. I don't speak German but everyone I've been in contact with spoke English. Everyone was so nice, friendly, attentive and professional. (Extra shout out to Selina for being so friendly and making me feel comfortable from the beginning). Huge thank you for all the doctors, nurses and health care professionals for taking such a good care of me. :) Ps. The food was very good too.
