Im Gegensatz zu anderen Kliniken wird hier ein Laser mit 3 verschiedenen Wellenlängen verwendet, was ein deutlich besseres Ergebnis hervorbringt. Da mein Bekannter sehr zufrieden war, vereinbarte ich mir online mein Erstgespräch und bekam gleich in der folgenden Woche einen Termin. Freu mich schon auf das Ergebnis! Dort habe ich mich sofort wohlgefühlt und freue mich auf das Arztgespräch und die ersten Behandlungen. Meine Fragen zur Behandlung wurden alle super beantwortet und ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen! Ich würde sagen im Bereich Haarentfernung ist man dort super aufgehoben. Ich habe zuerst ein Beratungsgespräch vereinbart, wo mir ein Arzt genau der Ablauf erklärt wurde und er mir auch all meine Fragen beantworten konnte. Ich hatte immer Angst vor Schmerzen und deshalb war das Gespräch sehr hilfreich für mich, weil mir da auch einiges an Angst weggenommen wurde. Bei Aestomed fühlt man sich auf jeden Fall gut aufgehoben. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass man relativ schnell einen Termin bekommt. After a recommendation I went to Aestomed to remove my tattoo on my ankle. I first arranged a consultation, where a doctor explained the exact procedure to me and he was also able to answer all of my questions. I was always afraid of pain and that is why the conversation was very helpful for me because it also took away some of my fear. At Aestomed you definitely feel that you are in good hands. Another plus point is that you can get an appointment relatively quickly.

Appointments, medical consultation, treatment (acne scars) and follow-up care are absolutely top notch. I was particularly impressed by the competence and sensitivity of the medical director, Dr. Farmer. Unreserved recommendation!
E	Ela Klinnk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für das Beratungsgespräch alleine wurden mir 100,- Euro im Voraus verrechnet. Im Beratungsgespräch (10-15 Min) wurden 3 Laser vorgestellt. Nach Prüfung meines Anliegens von der behandelnden Ärztin, entschied sie welchen Laser sie verwenden möchte. Im Gespräch erklärt sie mir sehr freundlich, dass mein Anliegen (rote Stellen um die Nase) eine Kleinigkeit sind und Ihrer Meinung nach vermutlich nur eine Behandlung bedürfen. Kosten 200,-. Nach Abheilung der gelaserten Stellen, kein verbessertes Ergebnis sichtbar. Telefonisch habe ich wieder Kontakt mit der Praxis aufgenommen, das Problem geschildert und man bat mich erneut in die Praxis. Dort bestätige mir die behandelnde Ärztin das fehlende verbesserte Ergebnis und schlug mir eine weitere Behandlung mit einem anderen Laser vor, allerdings müsste ich erneut 200,- dafür bezahlen. Ich war damit nicht einverstanden und fühlte mich nicht gut beraten und behandelt, weil die erste Behandlung ohne Ergebnis war und man mir nicht mit dem Preis entgegengekommen ist. Deswegen kann ich die Praxis nicht weiterempfehlen. For the consultation alone, I was charged 100 euros in advance. In the consultation (10-15 min) 3 lasers were presented. After my concern was examined by the attending doctor, she decided which laser to use. In the conversation she explains to me in a very friendly manner that my concerns (red spots around my nose) are a minor matter and, in your opinion, probably only require one treatment. Costs 200, -. After the lasered areas have healed, no improved result is visible. I contacted the practice again by phone, described the problem and asked me to come to the practice again. There the attending doctor confirmed the missing improved result and suggested a further treatment with a different laser, but I would have to pay another 200.00 for it. I did not agree with this and did not feel that I was well advised or treated because the first treatment was without result and the price was not met. That's why I can't recommend the practice to others.

Was sauer aufstoßen lässt ist, dass er seit 2019 in der ganzen Ästhetik-Branche unterschiedliche Ärzte und Institute auf unlauteren Wettbewerb klagt. Dies macht er gemeinsam mit der RIHS Rechsanwalt GmbH (Dr. Georg RIHS), welche offenbar im Erfolgsfall einen Teil der Klagssumme erhält. Konkret geht es darum, dass andere Wiener Ärzte und Institute Leistungen anbieten, welche auch Aestomed anbietet. Da Aestomed als KRANKENANSTALT klassifiziert ist, aber weniger besucht wird, dürfte dies Herrn Bauer missfallen, weshalb er beschlossen hat, seine Mitbewerber mit Klagen einzudecken, damit diese Ihre Angebote vom Markt nehmen - all das bisher erfolglos. Werter Herr Bauer! Bitte verbessern Sie Iher Leistungen und Ihr Image, um aus dem Abgrund aufzusteigen - anstatt seriöse Anbieter in den Schmutz zu ziehen. Die Rezensionen auf Google sprechen auch für sich - entweder sind das Accounts, die nur eine einzige 5-Sterne-Rezension abgegeben haben, oder echte Rezensionen, die Ihnen ein Armutszeugnis ausstellen. Pfui! Mr. Mag. Bauer is the friendly man on the phone who is also the managing director of Aestomed. His wife is the treating doctor, Mrs. Zuzana Bauer. What makes you feel angry is that he has been complaining about unfair competition to different doctors and institutes across the aesthetics industry since 2019. He does this together with RIHS Rechsanwalt GmbH (Dr. Georg RIHS), which apparently receives part of the claim amount in the event of success. Specifically, it is about other Viennese doctors and institutes offering services that Aestomed also offers. Since Aestomed is classified as a HOSPITAL, but is less visited, this is likely to displease Mr. Bauer, which is why he has decided to cover his competitors with lawsuits so that they can withdraw your offers from the market - all of which has so far been unsuccessful. T	T. B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war vor Ort um mir das Institut anzuschauen und mir einen Termin für eine Laserbehandlung zu vereinbaren. Der Inhaber und seine Frau waren freundlich. Jedoch kam mir die zusammenstellung der Rechnung sehr suspekt vor. Einerseitz wurde angepriesen das man ein Package bekommt sprich : Einsatz vom Laser und Materialaufwand, andererseitz wurde mir gesagt das ich Antibiotika und Emla Salbe selbst kaufen muss die VOR und am Tag der Behandlung zum Einsatz kommen. Im Behandlungsvertrag wurde viel herumgeschmiert (Handschriftlich Passagen weggestrichen, neue dazugeschrieben) Das wirkt unprofessionell. Jeder Handgriff wird hier extra verrechnet. So gewinnt man leider keine Kundschaft. Ich habe mir letztendlich die Behandlung bei einer erfahrenen Hautärztin machen lassen (privat) und sogar mehrere Hundert Euro im Börserl behalten. Und das heißt was in Wien. I was there to take a look at the institute and make an appointment for a laser treatment. The owner and his wife were friendly. However, the compilation of the invoice seemed very suspicious to me. On the one hand it was advertised that you get a package, i.e. use of the laser and material expenditure, on the other hand I was told that I had to buy antibiotics and Emla ointment myself, which were used BEFORE and on the day of the treatment. A lot was smeared around in the treatment contract (handwritten passages deleted, new ones added) That seems unprofessional. Every move is billed separately here. Unfortunately, this is not how you win customers. In the end, I had the treatment done by an experienced dermatologist (privately) and even kept several hundred euros in the purse. And that means something in Vienna.
