H	Hina He on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe letzte Woche dort entbunden und kann nur eine riesige Empfehlung aussprechen!! Das gesamte Team, inkl. aller Servicemitarbeiter sind super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich hab mich so wohl gefühlt. Die Hebammen sind wirklich die besten! Sie gehen auf alle Wünsche ein und sind wirklich kompetent und für einen da. Auch die Kinderschwestern sind hoch zu loben. Ich hatte Stillprobleme und sie waren 24/7 für mich da. Ich könnte wirklich nur schwärmen, auch mein Mann ist begeistert! Sollte ich wieder schwanger werden, kommt kein anderes Spital in Frage! :) I gave birth there last week and can only give a huge recommendation!! The entire team, including all service staff, are super friendly, courteous and helpful. I felt so good. The midwives really are the best! They respond to all requests and are really competent and there for you. The nurses are also to be commended. I had breastfeeding issues and they were there for me 24/7. I could really only rave, my husband is also enthusiastic! Should I become pregnant again, there is no other hospital to consider! :)

In einer schwierigen Zeit wurden wir bestens betreut und so startete der Junior "entspannt" ins Leben. Our little Robin was born in December 2020. We would like to thank the wonderful team. In a difficult time we were well looked after and so the junior started life "relaxed".
M	Michaela Berger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War als ambulanter OP- Patient in der Klinik, Umkleide war eine "Besenkammer" mit 2 Müllbehältern und einem Spind. OP - Unterlagen wurden mit einem anderen Patienten verwechselt und mir kurz vor meiner OP ausgehändigt. Hektischer nervöser Pfleger holt mich zur OP ab, warte danach ca 1 Stunde in einem Lager/Aufenthaltsraum? Nach der OP werde ich ,nach dem Aufwachraum, wieder in dieses Lager/ Aufenthaltsraum gesetzt, Fenster offen, eiskalt, friere nach der Narkose . Verrechnung sehr eigenartig, werde als " Nichtsozialversicherer Patient"geführt und soll, laut Sekretariat,mit meiner Sozialversicherung direkt verrechnen. Die ÖGK lehnt meine Bitte um Verrechnung ab, da direkt mit dem Goldenen Kreuz abgerechnet wird. Von zwei Damen der Verrechnung erhalte ich bei meiner Nachfrage völlig unterschiedliche Informationen ......? Eine durchwegs enttäuschende Erfahrung. Was in the clinic as an outpatient surgical patient, Changing room was a "broom closet" with 2 garbage cans and a locker. OP documents were mixed up with another patient and handed to me shortly before my operation. Hectic, nervous nurse picks me up for the operation, then wait about 1 hour in a storage/lounge? After the operation, after the recovery room, I am put back into this storage/lounge, window open, freezing, freezing after the anesthesia. Settlement very strange, I am listed as a "non-socially insured patient" and, according to the secretariat, should settle directly with my social insurance. The ÖGK rejects my request for offsetting, since billing is done directly with the Golden Cross. I get completely different information from two ladies in billing when I ask ......? A thoroughly disappointing experience.

n	nostalgia zam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From personal experience I highly recommend this hospital I recently had treatment done here and was a major success and a big thank you to Dr.Ivan Seif ,who saved my life and now I can live a normal life, also I am proudly grateful to Emina , Fuhrmann Petra , Sunder Katharina , Lindelauf Jennifer and there are others I want to thank but I don't know their names but thank you to all for taking much time and attention to me and took great care in me and showed patience and kindness. From the bottom of my heart this memory will always stay with me.

D	Doksa Papahartofili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave birth in Goldenes Kreuz to my daughter almost 4 years ago, and I hope to do the same later this year, when my second child arrives. I was a bit nervous as I didn't have my own midwife with me, but the ones that took care of me and were by my side until the end (Alexandra, Astrid, Celine, Theresa) were amazing and made the whole terrifying experience of giving birth manageable. My gynecologist, Dr. Lehner, was also amazing, like always, and despite the fact that labor took 24 hours and was far from "natural" (induced twice, had epidural, baby came out with vacuum) I still felt I had a nice experience. The nurses in the newborn station were perfect, given the fact I would call them for every possible thing I could think of ("my baby just made this noise, is this normal?!"), they were patient and showed me and my husband over and over again how to take care of the baby. Food was really nice, rooms big and comfy. Make sure -if you plan to breastfeed- to ask for Carola's support, she is the lactation consultant of the clinic and she is truly an angel.
