Wiener Privatklinik - Pelikangasse 15

Had to change my review as for the last few times I've trying to contact them for an appointment but no luck. No one is responding to my emails. It's has been a month since Ive sent my first email and then 6 more but no luck. It's amazing how international patient services are. It seems that they really don't care as I don't see any way to complain or send some feedback. If they not looking for patients then they should say so but don't leave them waiting. After all the patient is the one who needs attention as he is already suffering. I wish I could give zero star for that. Have to admit the doctors are good though

The gladly take money but when it comes to help, they dont really care. Worst Aeromedical center ever visited Update: Even after writing all the description about the situation to bellow mentioned email from WPK, I did not get a single reply, for 2 messages... This just prooves my thoughts about them, careless institution.

Very worried after reading reviews ? planning to give birth in that klinik and i was already shocked by how unfriendly staff can be in the entrance with a total lack of english speaking (also looking very racist toward international patients) and also paper works to fill for covid in English just no where to be found in a international ‘said’ klinik ? .....very lost if i should spend money somewhere where they are obviously not really internationally oriented .....so sad to see this in 2021 , a country can only evolve with international people/ clients ....and if you are paying a full price you expect a 5 stars service and at least a SUPER friendly staff ???

Very disappointed with this klinik. I was in the daily klinik for an annual check up which included several analysis and visits to specialists. The doctor who handled my case prescribed analysis without providing proper explanation as to why these are needed. He also never provided me with the final examination report with the conclusion of the overall assessment. It is an extremely expensive place too. The only positive thing were the administrative workers and nurses who were kind and polite. And a few specialists who did a good job. Hence the 2 stars.

After 10 years of searching a medical solution for a stiff knee with a proteshis I found the best doctor who resolved my problem at Wiener Privatklinik - Prof. Dr. Kotz. The whole procedure was well explained by the doctor, the entire staff (nurse, doctors, the kitchen staff) was supportive and I felt I was safe hands. Being an international patient I was permanently helped by Romanian team from WPK. The rooms are at high standards and you have eveything you need.

I have brought my mother from Romania and admitted her in Wiener Privatklinik because she was immobile, in a wheel chair, and in strong pain. Although she had been seen by various doctors at home, we still did not have a clear diagnostic, an overall medical status of her medical problems or a proper treatment. In Wiener Privatklinik she benefited of a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach and has received full medical attention from several doctors of various specialties as her case was quite complex and she suffered of very severe post covid complications (including renal dysfunctions and lesions extending toward the lung) in addition to her cronic medical problems. During her stay in Wiener Privatklinik my mother was under constant and competent medical and organisational (patient support) care. She underwent several types of radiological diagnostic, daily blood analysis for strict follow up of her parameters, she received both conservative and surgical treatment and benefited of physiotherapy which literally put her on her feet. I am very grateful to the physicians there, especially Prof. Zielinski, who coordinated the case in an excellent manner and kept me constantly informed with the status of my mother and the next recommended medical steps. Overall the experience with Wiener Privatklinik was excellent, I recommend them as very competent. I am happy my mother is back at home, she feels much better and she can enjoy the visits of family and her grandchildren.

My wife was a patient at WPK. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude for nurses engagement and doctors' treatment. The doctors are highly professional and committed to patients well being. All staff are kind and also committed to the patients. We are very blessed that we selected this hospital for my wife's surgery and treatment. We highly recommend it.
