★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren am Dienstag dort um uns spontan wegen Pissiores zu informieren. Leider war niemand da der uns beraten konnte. Uns wurde ein Mitarbeiter empfohlen der an diesem Tag nicht da war und den wir kontaktieren sollten bezüglich eines Termins. Heute hätten wir diesen Termin gehabt doch dieser Mitarbeiter war leider wieder nicht anwesend. Schade, denn wir hätten uns wirklich gerne beraten lassen. Wir werden uns jetzt wohl woanders umsehen.
We were there on Tuesday to inform us spontaneously about Pissiores. Unfortunately, nobody was there to advise us. We were recommended an employee who was not there that day and whom we should contact regarding an appointment. Today we had this appointment but unfortunately this employee was not present again. Too bad, because we really would like to get advice. We will probably look elsewhere now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The "Roth" firm renovated the bathroom and toilet in the apartment above us. After two days they made us a hole in the ceiling. We complained twice, they said they would fix the problem. It’s been almost a month, the renovation is complete, and we still live with a hole in the ceiling. Does anyone have any advice, what to do next?
