Top You don't need an appointment for a standard x-ray. Everyone was very friendly, everything went very quickly. I received photos on CD and reports minutes later by email. Top

Die meisten Mitarbeiterinnen waren auch freundlich, nur eine war recht schnippisch. Für diese Mitarbeiterin und - trotz Termin - rd. 40 Minuten Wartezeit ziehe ich einen Punkt ab. Very, very friendly and - as far as I can tell as a layman - competent doctor. Most of the staff were friendly too, only one was quite snippy. For this employee and - despite the appointment - about 40 minutes of waiting time, I deduct one point.

Ich kam mit sehr viel Angst vor dem Ergebnis dorthin und man nahm sich wirklich Zeit um mir die ganze Situation, das Ergebnis und die weiteren Schritte zu erklären und hat mir sogar vor der Untersuchung bereits die Angst vollkommen genommen. Ich würde sogar von einem anderen Bundesland den Weg hierher immer wieder in Kauf nehmen. Vielen Dank!! It's amazing how friendly, understanding and helpful the doctors there are! I came there with a lot of anxiety about the result and they really took the time to explain the whole situation, the result and the next steps to me and even completely took away my fear even before the examination. I would even come here again and again from another federal state. Thanks very much!!

Einzig die Besucher sitze im vorderen Bereich sind zwar sehr stylisch aber auch etwas unbequem. Modern building with good air conditioning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The treatment was quick and straightforward. Only the visitor seats in the front area are very stylish but also a bit uncomfortable.
