Angefangen von der professionellen Beratung über das genaue Vermessen (war so froh, daß ich das nicht alles ausmessen mußte) bis zum sehr fairen Angebot - super erster Eindruck. Dann wurde ich aufmerksam gemacht, daß ich bis Anfang Februar bestellen müsse, im noch die Vorjahrespreise nutzen zu können. Das fand ich extrem kundenfreundlich - hätten sie ja auch einfach verschweigen können... Montage ebenfalls perfekt - pünktlich, höflich, sauber (Schuhe beim Eingang ausgezogen) und unglaublich schnell. Schlußrechnung - korrekt, wie vereinbart, faire Rechnung für perfekte Arbeit! Wenn ich noch Fenster oder Türen hätte, würde ich Fa. Grundmann wieder beauftragen. Absolut empfehlenswert! I bought a complete insect screen for my house from Grundmann Sun Protection. Starting from the professional advice about the exact measurement (was so glad that I didn't have to measure it all) to the very fair offer - great first impression. Then I was made aware that I had to order by early February to still be able to use the previous year's prices. I found that extremely customer-friendly - they could have just kept silent ... Assembly also perfect - punctual, polite, clean (shoes taken off at the entrance) and incredibly fast. Final invoice - correct, as agreed, fair invoice for perfect work! If I still had windows or doors, I would commission Grundmann again. Highly Recommended!

Statt uns die einfache Lösung eines neuen Verschlusses vorzuschlagen hat man uns weggeschickt mit der Bemerkung, dass sei ein tschechisches Produkt und die Reparatur koste mehr als eine neue Jalousie. Die "Reparatur" hat dann 72 cent gekostet. We were with a broken chain of a blind. Instead of suggesting a simple solution for a new shutter, we were sent away with the remark that it was a Czech product and that the repair would cost more than a new blind. The "repair" then cost 72 cents.

Durch die hochwertigen Insektenschutzgitter und die formschönen Faltstores zur Beschattung hat sich die Wohnqualität in unserem Haus deutlich verbessert! Letzten Sommer war es so weit, der Chef selber, Herr Tabak, hat uns beraten, die Maße genommen und für die Problemfenster mit existierenden Aussenrollos Speziallösungen gefunden. Zeitnah und termingerecht wurde alles montiert und überprüft. Die Monteure waren trotz der coronabedingten Maskenpflicht freundlich und schnell. Ich kann das Team jedem/jeder, die ein ähnliches Projekt plant, nur empfehlen. The quality of living in our house has improved significantly thanks to the high-quality insect screens and the shapely pleated blinds for shading. Last summer the time had come when the boss himself, Mr Tobacco, advised us, took the measurements and found special solutions for the problem windows with existing external roller blinds. Everything was assembled and checked promptly and on time. The fitters were friendly and quick despite the corona-related mask requirement. I can only recommend the team to anyone planning a similar project. The year before, we had an awning installed on our new terrace on the swimming pond, and everything went perfectly too! Die Mitarbeiter waren durchwegs super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hab bei drei Firmen angefragt für unsere Außenrollläden. Alle drei waren beim ersten Telefonat sehr freundlich, aber es war sehr mühsam im weiteren Verlauf bei der Angebotslegung (auf ein Angebot warte ich noch immer). Firma Grundmann war etwas teurer als die zweite Firma, aber zurecht. Das Servicelevel ist einfach viel besser, man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben und das Ergebnis ist super! From the first contact, to the submission of the offer, inspection and installation, everything was perfect. The staff were always super friendly and helpful. I asked three companies about our external roller shutters. All three were very friendly on the first phone call, but it was very tedious afterwards when submitting the offer (I'm still waiting for an offer). Grundmann was a little more expensive than the second company, but rightly so. The service level is simply much better, you feel that you are in good hands and the result is great!
