Eigentlich unglaublich wie wenig man sich um langjährige Kunden bemüht. Hardly or hardly to reach by phone, homepage often offline, service does not call back. Actually unbelievable how little you endeavor for long-standing customers.

Telefonisch kaum jemand zu erreichen ständig muss man mit einem Band sprechen oder ewig warten. Keine gute Kundenbetreuung We are longtime customers and I have been waiting for a week for an appointment for a repair !! Truly unbelievable. Hardly anyone to reach by phone constantly you have to talk to a band or wait forever. No good customer service
D	David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kein Support, wenn Produkt außerhalb der Garantie ist - somit sind Ricoh Produkte reine Wegwerfprodukte, schade! Update 01/2021: Ich habe mich natürlich vorab telefonisch mit Ricoh Österreich in Verbindung gesetzt und die S/N des Gerätes übermittelt - dort wurde ich an den zuständigen Ricoh Support verwiesen. Dieser konnte mir aber nicht weiterhelfen, da das Produkt außerhalb der Garantie ist. Es wurde keine weitere Unterstützung angeboten! Ich konnte das Problem dank Internetrecherche und YouTube Videos zum Glück selbst lösen und das Produkt weiter verwenden und musste nicht brand neue Toner und den Drucker entsorgen (wie es offenbar von Ricoh vorgesehen gewesen wäre).... No support if the product is outside the guarantee - Ricoh products are therefore purely disposable products, a shame! Update 01/2021: Of course, I contacted Ricoh Austria by phone in advance and transmitted the S / N of the device - there I was referred to the responsible Ricoh support. But he couldn't help me because the product is out of guarantee. No further support was offered! Fortunately, I was able to solve the problem myself thanks to internet research and YouTube videos and continue to use the product and did not have to dispose of brand new toners and the printer (as it would have been apparently intended by Ricoh) ....
S	S V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin vor einiger Zeit mit dem Büro übersiedelt und habe aus diesem Anlass neue Ricoh-Geräte bestellt. Es war alles chaotisch, nichts hat gut funktioniert, überall musste man mehrfach nachfragen, die Terminkoordination musste ich selbst übernehmen, die Zerstörung der alten Festplatten funktionierte erst über mehrfache Urgenz auf dem bestellten Niveau, die Inbetriebnahme der neuen Geräte klappte erst nach mehreren Anläufen, da die Software nicht eingespielt werden konnte. Der Verkäufer der Firma Ricoh hat immer alles heruntergespielt..... kann man wirklich nicht empfehlen. I moved the office some time ago and ordered new Ricoh devices for the occasion. It was all chaotic, nothing worked well, you had to ask several times everywhere, I had to coordinate the appointments myself, the destruction of the old hard drives only worked after repeated requests at the ordered level, the commissioning of the new devices only worked after several attempts the software could not be loaded. The salesman from Ricoh always downplayed everything ..... I really can't recommend it.
