U	Unknown User on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliche und inkompetente Rezeption. Wenn es nach mir gehen würde, würde ich die totale Belegschaft ersetzen. Unfriendly and incompetent reception. If it was up to me, I would replace the total workforce.
J	Jürgen Haspl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich ein schönes Gebäude mit super Ausblick über ganz Wien, allerdings wurde keine Klimaanlage verbaut was heute nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist. Die Temperaturen steigen ins Unerträgliche im Sommer. Die Lüftung ist auch unterdimensioniert - hier ist wohl gespart worden. Verkehrsanbindung ist toll, das reicht aber nicht für einen 3. Stern. Falls sich was verbessert werde ich diese Rezension anpassen. Update 20.11.2018: Im Gebäude gibt es KEINE Luftfeuchte Regelung, sie liegt im Büro derzeit deutlich unter 30%. Das Ganze scheint auch nicht durchdacht zu sein. Werde das weiter beobachten. Actually a beautiful building with a great view over the whole of Vienna, but no air conditioning was installed, which is no longer up-to-date today. The temperatures rise unbearably in summer. The ventilation is also underdimensioned - savings have probably been made here. Transport connections are great, but that's not enough for a 3rd star. If something improves, I will adjust this review. Update November 20, 2018: There is NO humidity control in the building, it is currently well below 30% in the office. The whole thing doesn't seem to be thought out either. Will continue to watch.
E	E F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein unförmiger Büroturm mit steriler Atmosphäre. Die Aussicht ist natürlich hervorragend, kein Wunder bei so vielen Stockwerken. Das Beste daran, wenn man drinnen ist: man sieht das Ding nicht von außen. A bulky office tower with a sterile atmosphere. The view is of course excellent, no wonder with so many floors. The best thing about it when you're inside: you don't see the thing from the outside.

T	Tutorial Guy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit einem kleinen Starkregen im Sommer 2021 wurde das Gebäude für alle Mieter gesperrt. Es wird nur auf Nachfrage kommuniziert (also eigentlich wie ein Geheimnis behandelt gegenüber den Mietern) dass das Gebäude für fast 1 weiteres Jahr gesperrt ist. Ein neues, teures Gebäude mit hohen Preisen per m² aber schlechte Qualität in der Ausführung wie man an den Tatsachen sieht, denn welche angrenzenden Gebäude haben das selbe Problem - eher wenige oder keine. Since a little heavy rain in summer 2021, the building has been closed to all tenants. It is only communicated on request (actually treated like a secret to the tenants) that the building will be closed for almost another year. A new, expensive building with high prices per m² but poor quality in execution as you can see from the facts, because which adjacent buildings have the same problem - few or none.
