I will never let him back into my house !!

Einen Termin auszumachen ist schon nicht leicht, telefonisch in Kontakt zu bleiben ist eine Einbahnstraße denn Hr. Krammer ruft nie zurück und hat keine Ahnung über seine Kunden. Wehe es klappt bei einer Installation etwas nicht bzw. es treffen Probleme in Nachgang auf, dann kann man dieses Unternehmen komplett vergessen. Mit Problemfälle will sich Hr. Krammer nicht herum ärgern. Da ist ihm das nächste schnelle Projekt, der nächste Neukunde lieber. Bestandskunden interessieren ihn nicht. Ich kann außerdem nur dazu raten, wenn man schon aus unerfindlichen Gründen dieses Unternehmen beauftragen will, es ausschließlich mit einer Rechnung zu tun, dann hat man wenigstens etwas in der Hand, um ihm Druck zu machen... Aber die Empfehlung ist ganz klar -> Nur ja nicht mit diesem Unternehmen in Kontakt treten!!! HANDS OFF!! This company does not value customer satisfaction. Making an appointment is not easy, staying in touch by phone is a one-way street because Mr. Krammer never calls back and has no idea about his customers. If something does not work during an installation or problems occur afterwards, then you can completely forget about this company. With problem cases, Mr. Don't mess around with Krammer. He prefers the next quick project, the next new customer. He is not interested in existing customers. I can also only advise that if, for some inexplicable reason, you want to commission this company to do it exclusively with an invoice, then you at least have something in hand to put pressure on them ... But the recommendation is very clear -> Just don't get in touch with this company!

Versuche seit 3 Wochen einen Termin zu bekommen für eine kleine Arbeit aber die scheint für die Firma nicht interessant zu sein. Ruft zwar zurück und verspricht sich zu melden. Leider jedoch meldet sich niemand. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen dieses Unternehmen Absolutely does not care about its customers. Trying to get an appointment for a small job for 3 weeks but that does not seem to be interesting for the company. Gets back and promises to sign up. Unfortunately, nobody answers. Absolutely not recommended this company
