a	anna lala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich gebe nur 2 Sterne weil ich schon seit Jahren unzufrieden bin mit der Beratung und dem Umgangston der Frau des Chefs, welche selbst Rezepte die von einem Arzt ausgestellt wurden nicht ausgeben will. Das ich in einer Apotheke meine Krankengeschichte offen legen muss damit ich ein Medikament bekomme ist ganz sicher nicht rechtsgültig, da in einer Apotheke nicht sichergestellt werden kann das mein Datenschutz gewährleistet ist, wenn ich vor versammelter Mannschaft und Kundschaft alles preisgeben muss. Warum ich den zweiten Stern gegeben habe ist weil der Rest des Teams immer freundlich war vor allem Herr Mag.Pharm. Peter Burdis. Ich für meinen Teil komme seit Jahren nur noch in Notfällen und lasse mich nie wieder von Frau Burdis betreuen da dies zu mehr Aufregung als Hilfe führt. Why I gave the second star is because the rest of the team was always friendly, especially Mr. Pharm. Peter Burdis. For my part, I have only come in emergencies for years and never allow myself to be looked after by Ms. Burdis again as this leads to more excitement than help.

Man nimmt sich Zeit um ausführlich zu informieren und zu beraten, weit über das Ausmaß, welches man von anderen Apotheken gewohnt ist. So manchen Artzbesuch konnte ich mir dadurch ersparen bzw. ergänzen!!! Großes Lob an dieses Engagement!!! By far the most competent pharmacists I know! You take your time to provide detailed information and advice, far beyond what you are used to from other pharmacies. I was able to save or supplement many a doctor's visit! Big compliments to this commitment!

Habe kompetente und sehr freundliche Beratung von einem sichtlich motivierten Apotheker erhalten, der auch erklärt hat, warum er was empfehlen würde. So wird man gerne betreut! Auch die übrigen Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben immer wieder wichtige Tipps und Ratschläge zu Medikamenten. Man kann sich mit jeder Frage hierher wenden und wird wirklich immer gut beraten. Da es viele Mitarbeiter gibt, kommt man auch immer schnell an die Reihe und gibt es praktisch keine Wartezeit! Die beste Apotheke die ich kenne! Klare Weiterempfehlung! Die, wie ich jetzt erfahren habe, Frau vom Chef, ist wohl der Meinung, sie kann mit jungen Frauen in einem Umgangston sprechen, der wirklich - unter aller Sau ist. Zudem ist sie wohl der Annahme, sie verfüge über ein besseres Wissen als eine Ärztin - da sie alles in Frage stellte, was mir an Medikamenten verschrieben wurde. Da ich nach Einnahme eines Medikamentes noch immer Beschwerden hatte, musste ich meine gesamte Krankengeschichte offen legen, was natürlich sehr unangenehm war (da natürlich auch andere Kunden anwesend waren) und dann wurde mir noch vorgeworfen, ich hätte längst bei meiner Ärztin anrufen sollen und sie davon in Kenntnis setzen (es war Samstag). Ich musste mich rechtfertigen und mit der Apothekerin diskutieren, was dann in weiterer Folge dazu führte, dass ich vor lauter Wut einfach aus dem Geschäft ging! Diese Apotheke sieht mich eindeutig NIE WIEDER! I have NEVER been so annoyed about a deratig arrogant and condescending service! The, as I have now learned, wife of the boss, is probably of the opinion, she can talk to young women in a conversational tone, which is really - under all sow. In addition, she probably thinks she has a better knowledge than a doctor - because she questioned everything that was prescribed me to medication. Since I still had complaints after taking a drug, I had to disclose my entire medical history, which of course was very uncomfortable (of course, as other customers were present) and then I was accused, I should have long ago call my doctor and she Notify (it was Saturday). I had to justify myself and discuss with the pharmacist, which then resulted in me, that out of sheer anger just went out of business! This pharmacy clearly sees me NEVER AGAIN!

Es wird nicht darauf geschaut das teuerste Produkt zu verkaufen, sondern eines, dass am besten hilft. Ich gehe gerne hier zur Apotheke, auch wenn ich kein Rezept habe, da ich immer perfekt beraten werde und ich mich auch nochmal melden kann wenn es mal Unklarheiten gibt. Good advice and competence come first here. The aim is not to sell the most expensive product, but rather one that helps the best. I like to go to the pharmacy here, even if I don't have a prescription, because I always receive perfect advice and I can also contact me again if there is anything unclear.
G	Gerald Steiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie einige schon geschrieben haben finde die Dame welche glaubt eine Ärztin zu sein unverschämt wie Sie einem sprachlich begegnet. Forsch, Besserwissend und unterbricht Kollegen bei der Bedienung, von Respekt und Zurückhaltung keine Spur. Ich gebe aber einen zweiten Punkt da der Kollege welcher mich ursprünglich bedient hat sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent war. Schade aber ich werde diesen Laden meiden. Da fahre ich lieber nach Wien oder Himberg auch wenn’s länger dauert. As some have already written, the lady who believes to be a doctor thinks she is outrageous as she speaks to one. Resolute, know-it-all and interrupts colleagues at the service, no trace of respect and restraint. But I give a second point because the colleague who originally served me was very courteous and competent. It's a shame but I'll avoid this place. I prefer to go to Vienna or Himberg, even if it takes longer.
