RB hat vom Veranstalter eine Mail wegen der Flugzeiten Änderung erhalten und diese nie gelesen ( und natürlich an uns nicht weitergegeben ) Und wir , 4 Personen , standen am Flughafen beim Check in und bekamen gesagt , sie stehen nicht auf der Liste. Durch Telf. mit Gulet Wien haben wir dann das mit der Mail erfahren. Wie kann man fast ein Monat übersehen das da eine nicht geöffnete Mail im Ordner ist ??!!!!!!!!! Und das beste ist ja das ich noch drei Tage davor im RB war und gefragt habe ob wir wohl auch informiert werden wenn es eine Änderung gibt , natürlich hieß es. 4 Personen jeder hat Urlaub genommen jeder freut sich , und dann das . Bin gespannt was sich die Restplatzbörse als zusätzliche Wiedergutmachung einfallen lässt.
If I could I would not award a star !!!!!! That's never happened to me, and I travel a lot. RB received a mail from the organizer about the flight times and never read them (and of course not shared with us) And we, 4 people, were at the airport at check in and were told they were not on the list. By Telf. With Gulet Vienna, we have then learned with the mail. How can one overlook almost a month that there is an unopened mail in the folder ?? !!!!!!!!! And the best thing is that I was still three days before in the RB and asked if we will probably be informed if there is a change, of course, it was said. 4 people everyone has taken vacation everyone is happy, and then that. I'm curious what the Restplatzbörse comes up as additional compensation.
