Wir haben eine Rückerstattung unserer Tickets beantragt, was sofort erledigt wurde. Auf die erste Antwort musste ich nicht einmal zwei Stunden warten, bei anderen Unternehmen warte ich seit Wochen auf eine Rückmeldung.
Statt Konzerten werden es bei uns dann lieber Opern und Theaterstücke werden.
Kudos to the staff at the ticket center. The previous contact was always extremely friendly and courteous. We requested a refund of our tickets, which was done immediately. I didn't even have to wait two hours for the first answer, I've been waiting for feedback from other companies for weeks.
Instead of concerts, we would prefer operas and plays.

Die Mitarbeiter dort scheinen ihren Job so gerne zu machen und sind so freundlich, dass ich jedes mal bester Laune bin nach diesen Telefonaten.
After a long time, I just had a little something to do with the ticket center of the Bühnen Graz and I'm thrilled again. The employees there seem to like their job so much and are so friendly that I'm in a good mood every time after these phone calls.
