R	Richard Goiser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verlassene, geschlossene Schalter, laufend defekte Automaten, regelmäßig Warteschlangen bis weit ins Shoppingcenter rein. Jeder Student der Samstags bei H&M aushilft ist besser eingeschult und kundenorientierter als das Personal in dieser letzten von 3 Filialen in Graz. Man ist den trivialsten Anforderungen an eine Bank nicht gewachsen. Hier sollte die FMA tätig werden. Abandoned, closed counters, constantly defective machines, regular queues far into the shopping center. Every student who helps out at H&M on Saturdays is better trained and more customer-oriented than the staff in this last of 3 branches in Graz. One is not up to the most trivial demands on a bank. The FMA should take action here.
E	Ema Raich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Filiale ist ein Witz. Man wird als Kunde entweder augenrollend bedient oder wie heute gleich heimgeschickt mit den Worten und ungutem Tonfall: Nur von 9-13 Uhr. Dabei waren gefühlt 6 MitarbeiterInnen anwesend, (von mir aus waren es auch nur 3). Der 7. war dazu abgestellt, die Kunden zu vergraulen und zu sagen, dass man morgen zu unmöglichen Zeiten kommen soll. Aber offensichtlich kommt man als normal arbeitende Person nicht einmal mehr zu seinem Geld. Dabei gibt es eh kaum mehr Filialen in der Stadt. Da fährt man extra bis zum Murpark, um seine finanziellen Angelegenheiten zu erledigen und wird abgeschasst. Wo gibts so eine Firma, die 4 Stunden am Tag offen hat, der Kunde eigentlich selbst alles online macht oder in der SB Zone und wenn man was braucht, wird auf einen gesch*n, und dafür auch noch Geld kassiert?!?! Diese Filiale ist jetzt dran Schuld, dass ich endgültig die Schnauze voll habe und meine Bank wechseln werden. Ich hoffe, der Chef oder irgendwer mit Verantwortungsgefühl liest das und überlegt einmal, dass man wenigstens einen Mitarbeiter für Kunden bei normalen Öffnungszeiten abzustellen hat. Ein Witz ist schon zu nett gesagt, ein Flachwitz maximal. The branch is a joke. As a customer, you are either served with a rolling of your eyes or, as is the case today, sent home with the words and a bad tone of voice: Only from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. It felt like 6 employees were present (from my point of view there were only 3). The 7th was there to scare customers away and tell them to come at awkward times tomorrow. But obviously, as a normal working person, you don't even get your money anymore. There are hardly any branches in the city anyway. You drive all the way to the Murpark to take care of your financial affairs and then you get fired. Where is there a company that is open 4 hours a day, the customer actually does everything himself online or in the self-service zone and if you need something, you are s*ed at and even charged for it?!? ! This branch is now to blame that I'm finally fed up and will change my bank. I hope the boss or someone with a sense of responsibility reads this and thinks about leaving at least one employee for customers during normal opening hours. A joke is already said too nicely, a flat joke at most.
A	Andrea Lanz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lange Wartezeiten, sehr unfreundliche Kundenberater im Murpark, man wird als Kunde, obwohl man in der Nähe wohnt, in eine andere Filiale verwiesen, kann telefonisch niemanden mehr erreichen. Schade, war bevor sie in Bank 99 und Bawag Psk geteilt wurde zufrieden damit. Long waiting times, very unfriendly customer advisors in Murpark, as a customer you are referred to another branch, even though you live nearby, and you can no longer reach anyone by phone. Shame, was happy with it before it was split into Bank 99 and Bawag Psk.
M	Martina Wenger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 28.05.2022, 11:00 Uhr Die Filiale hat die Kassazeiten auf 11:00 bis 12:00 Uhr beschränkt. Dann ist nur 1 Schalter offen. Über 9 Leute stehen in der Schlange. Bei Nachfrage, ob man einen 2. Schalter öffnen könnte, wirft uns die Kundenbetreuerin patzig entgegen, dass es keinen 2. Schalter gibt. Kundenservice weit verfehlt. Ich stehe bereits 20 Minuten in der Schlange, vor mir noch 2 weitere Kunden. Dann muss ich mich wohl doch um eine vernünftige onlinebank umsehen. Denn genau dafür hab ich die klassische Bank noch. Useless. 05/28/2022, 11:00 a.m The branch has limited checkout hours to 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Then only 1 switch is open. Over 9 people are in line. When we asked whether a second counter could be opened, the customer service representative pointed out that there was no second counter. Customer service far gone. I've been in line for 20 minutes with 2 other customers in front of me. Then I have to look around for a reasonable online bank. Because that's exactly why I still have the classic bank. Useless.

There are always such long waiting times even though I just want to change money... and then they also closed the second checkout...
