★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich sollte es ja Spaß machen sich bezüglich eines bevorstehenden Urlaubes beraten zu lassen. Meine heutige Erfahrung:
1. Unfreundliche Reiseberaterin, die einen bei Fragen meinerseits quasi als „dumm“ hinstellt.
2. Man wird gefragt „ob man mitschreibt“? Eigentlich bin ja ICH der Kunde?Mitschreiben ist definitiv nicht meine Aufgabe.
3. Auch wenn man vielleicht spät dran ist- deswegen lasse ich mich ja beraten-um Alternativen aufgezeigt zu bekommen.
4. Nebenan werden lautstark Privattelefonate geführt, sodass man die Hälfte der Beratung nicht versteht.
5. Erst als einer anderen scheinbar „bekannten“ Kundin Kaffee etc. angeboten wird, wird man selbst danach gefragt.
Schade- auch ICH hätte einen Luxusurlaub buchen können- bei dieser Beratung komme ich nicht wieder, obwohl ich immer bei Ruefa gebucht habe. Auch kostspielige Reisen. (Aber in einer anderen Filiale.)
Kein Wunder, dass fast nur noch online gebucht wird. Das verdirbt einem nicht die Urlaubsvorfreude.

 It should actually be fun to get advice on an upcoming vacation. My experience today:
1. Unfriendly travel consultant who quasi portrays you as "stupid" if you have any questions.
2. You are asked “whether you are taking notes”? Actually, I am the customer? Taking notes is definitely not my job.
3. Even if you are late - that's why I seek advice - to be shown alternatives.
4. Private calls are being made loudly next door, so that half of the advice is not understood.
5. Only when another apparently “well-known” customer is offered coffee etc. are you asked about it yourself.
A shame- I could have booked a luxury vacation too- I won't come back to this consultation, although I always booked with Ruefa. Even expensive trips. (But in a different branch.)
No wonder that booking is almost exclusively online. That doesn't spoil the holiday anticipation.
