Angefangen von falsch gebuchten Flügen, über die Zustellung der Tickets und einen Tag Aufenthalt am Flughafen, da man angeblich nicht Umbuchen konnte!!! B	Belma Rekic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SELTEN sowas unkompetentes erlebt. FRAU G. reagiert schon über einer Woche nicht auf Anrufe oder sonstiges. Mal wird gesagt, sie sei nicht da. Dann sei sie im Urlaub. Dann wartet sie "angeblich" auf eine E-Mail!!! Mal abgesehen davon, dass sie mir eine Reise gebucht hat und mich nicht darüber informiert hat, dass ich einen Pass beantragen muss (bin bosnischer Staatsbürger). Wurde direkt am Flughafen zurück geschickt. Habe die Dame natürlich gleich kontaktiert. Bis heute keine Rückmeldung. Mein Geld auch weg!!!! Rarely experienced something incompetent. MRS G. does not respond to calls or anything else for more than a week. Sometimes it is said that she is not there. Then she is on vacation. Then she "allegedly" waiting for an e-mail !!! Apart from the fact that she has booked me a trip and has not informed me that I have to apply for a passport (I am a Bosnian citizen). Was sent back directly at the airport. Of course, the lady immediately contacted. No feedback until today. My money too !!!!

Man wird unter Druck gesetzt, mit der Ausrede, ein anderer Kunde möchte das selbe Angebot buchen, sonst ist dieses Angebot weg! ? Nie wieder buche ich dort nocheinmal! Keine Weiterempfehlung! Very bad advice, actually no !!!!!! Zero interest from the staff! Actually, I should have advised against the booked hotel! One is put under pressure, with the excuse that another customer wants to book the same offer, otherwise this offer is gone! ? Never again will I book there again! No recommendation!
