Immer wieder gerne I live in Passau but often go to Linz to eat ice cream, they have really heavy ice cream and the staff are very friendly too! Always my pleasure

Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen! :) The best shop ever! Always try to serve super nice ice cream sundaes, super nice ice cream seller and generally very nice staff, all of them. I can only recommend! :)

(Geschmacksrichtung Mango ist sehr zu empfehlen) Totally nice staff and the best ice cream in all of Linz and even one of the cheapest. (Mango flavor is highly recommended)

Bemühen sich den Kunden so gut wie alle Wünsche zu erfüllen, wenn der Laden grad nicht brummt und es ruhiger ist kriegt man den Eisbecher innerhalb von 30 sekunden serviert! :D Wenns grad stressig ist geht das natürlich nicht trotzdem wartet man nicht all zu lange. Kann den Laden und die Mitarbeiter nur weiter empfehlen! :) Best ice cream shop in all of Linz! We try to fulfill almost all of our customers' wishes, if the shop is not buzzing and it is quieter you get the sundae within 30 seconds! : D Of course, if it's stressful, you don't have to wait too long. Can only recommend the shop and the staff! :)
B	Bongibrother TV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Früher war ich Dolce Fan und ging gerne hin aber seit 2 Jahren ist das Personal/Chef eine Frechheit und das Eis unterstes Mittelmaß Man wird dumm von der Seite angemacht und unfreundlich bedient. Dann bekommt man ein 0815 Eis vor die Nase gestellt mit Eiskristallen im Eis. Eine Katastrophe und Kinderfreundlich ist dieses Eis/Kaffee auch nicht. Ich war schon öfter mit meiner Tochter (jetzt 5 Jahre Jung) In dem Laden und jedes Mal wurde ich dumm angemacht nur weil ich vor dem bestellen mit meiner Tochter aufs Klo gegangen bin. Unverschämt. Eis: 2 von 5 Sternen Freundlichkeit: 1 von 5 Sternen Ambiente: 3 von 5 Sternen Kann man sich sparen ist für mich nur Geld und Zeitverschwendung I used to be a Dolce fan and liked going there, but for 2 years the staff / boss has been a cheek and the ice cream is the lowest mediocrity You are stupidly turned on from the side and served unfriendly. Then you get a 0815 ice cream in front of your nose with ice crystals in the ice. This ice cream / coffee is not a disaster and child-friendly either. I've been with my daughter (now 5 years old) In the shop and every time I was turned on stupidly just because I went to the bathroom with my daughter before ordering. Outrageous. Ice cream: 2 out of 5 stars Friendliness: 1 out of 5 stars Ambience: 3 out of 5 stars If you can save yourself it is just a waste of time and money for me

We asked her to bring us one more spoon and she was angry and she said "now I have to walk two times because of your spoon"???. I was really upset with her comment because I am also working in gastronomy and I know how important is to treat the guests properly. I think she shouldn't do that job... Later she initiated an argument when I said that shouldn't be a problem for her. Very bad. It was the waitress with blonde hair. Update: I can't answer on owner review so I am going to write it here: it was Hauptplatz 13.
