I had the best experience at this restaurant last summer. I have a celiac disease - a total and complete gluten intolerance (even gluten traces are dangerous). The staff and the chefs took this task on very seriously. Before I went to the restaurant, I had a long phone call with one of the staff members and they honestly told me that they cannot guarantee 100% gluten-free, but if I had decided to come, they would do their best to be the most careful and skip anything, that could compromise my health. Indeed I had received a couple of different dishes from the ones, who were with me and they were just as amazing. The service was fabulous and we had a wonderful lunch and I really felt safe and enjoyed being there. I am really grateful for the effort and the willingness to take care of me.

Excellent food and service, everything was delicious. It is a little far from everything else but the food is worth it.

My first time at a 3 Michelin stars establishment..... Heard about it on the local news, so we decided to give it a try. Booked few weeks in advance to get a table on a friday evening. I knew it was going to be expensive so we focused on the meal. The experience was amazing, from the service, to the decoration/layout and the way the dishes were presented, to the amazing flavours. If you cannot afford a 200+€ per person stay away, otherwise well worth the experience!

Well-deserved 3 Michelin stars. Wonderful dinner and an excellent service. Tapas and snacks were fun and exciting and also sweets for the end of the dinner.

It is a bit far from the city center but well worth the trip there. Dining in a vaulted cellar has to be one of the coolest experiences I've had. We went for the lunch menu which was nicely portioned. Beautiful presentation and amazing tastes and textures. Not to mention, great wine selection and stellar service. Definitely the most memorable meal we've had in Vienna.

Foods were good and all the staffs were trying to do their best. It was impressing. Problem is they must hire more staffs. They were all super busy, although all seemed well trained, (but didn't lose smiles). But, only 4-5 staffs with 10 tables... Considering this kind of restaurant, it seems mission impossible. I can't stand 'one dish, 20-30 minutes of watching hard labor, one dish, 20-30 minutes of watching hard work... then finally 4 hours of dinner...' It is not easy to keep the standard of Michelin 3 stars.. Good luck and thanks for the dishes!
