Man konnte ihn bei jeder Angelegenheit um Rat fragen und er wusste stets eine passende Wanderroute mit schönen Badeplätzen. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, tolle Beratung und Empfehlung im Urlaubsort sowie ein zuvorkommende Service. Würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen. Saubere Zimmer, Sauna vorhanden. (Nur von 14 bis 20 Uhr). Fahrräder können in der Nähe geliehen werden (5 min zu Fuß). Super friendly staff. Hubert is the man for everything here. Excellent breakfast, great advice and recommendations in the holiday destination as well as courteous service. Would book the accommodation again. Clean rooms, sauna available. (Only from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.). Bicycles can be rented nearby (5 min walk).
S	Sven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliches Personal, nicht überlaufen. Großzügige, moderne und saubere Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Fitnessraum und Sauna vorhanden und sehr sauber. Schön wäre noch ein Wasserkocher in den Zimmern oder eine Kaffeemaschine im Gemeinschaftsbereich. Leider war das WLAN langsam und ist wiederholt ausgefallen, aber es gibt guten Mobilfunkempfang im gesamten Haus. Very friendly staff, not overcrowded. Spacious, modern and clean rooms. Good breakfast with a large selection. Fitness room and sauna available and very clean. A kettle in the rooms or a coffee machine in the common area would be nice. Unfortunately, the WiFi was slow and failed repeatedly, but there is good cellular reception throughout the house.
A	Anastasia Makris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An sich ist das Hotel gut gelegen, ist sehr modern und schön, hat einen eigenen Parkplatz und Frühstück ist völlig ok. Allerdings haben wir bei einer Woche Aufenthalt, Folgendes zu bemängeln: - Straße direkt vor dem Hotel + Baustelle, was bedeutet man wird spätestens um 7 Uhr vom Straßen- u.Baustellenlärm geweckt - im Hotelzimmer liegt ein Zettel, wo wie auch bei der Buchung beschrieben steht, dass alle zwei Tage das Zimmer gereinigt wird und Handtücher gewechselt werden, Bettwäsche hingegen am 4. Tag gewechselt wird - leider ist am zweiten Tag bei uns absolut gar nichts gemacht worden. Am 3. Tag nach Ankunft sine Handtücher gewechselt worden, geputzt war NICHTS. Kein Waschbecken, Dusche, auch der Boden nicht (der nunmal einstaubt nach ein paar Tagen rein- und rausgehen). Auf Nachfrage bei Hubert gab es Diskussion dass das Zimmer ja schon gemacht wäre, was offensichtlich nicht der Fall war. Dass man da diskutieren muss, im Urlaub, wo man ein Zimmer für einen dennoch nicht günstigen Preis gebucht hat, und es dann erst nach 10 Minuten Diskussion erledigt wird, kann einfach nicht sein. Alles in allem - zu viel Diskussion, hoteleigene Reinigungsregeln werden 0 eingehalten, sodass wir definitiv nicht wiederkommen werden. Im Urlaub brauchen wir keine Diskussion, schon gar nicht wenn man dafür bezahlt hat. Daher keine Empfehlung. In itself the hotel is well located, is very modern and beautiful, has its own parking lot and breakfast is completely ok. However, with a one-week stay we have the following to complain about: - Street directly in front of the hotel + construction site, which means you will be woken up by 7 a.m. at the latest from the road and construction site noise - There is a note in the hotel room, where, as described in the booking, the room is cleaned and towels are changed every two days, but bed linen is changed on the 4th day - unfortunately absolutely nothing was done on the second day . On the third day after arrival his towels were changed, nothing was cleaned. No sink, shower, not even the floor (which gets dusty after a few days walking in and out). When Hubert asked, there was a discussion that the room had already been made, which was obviously not the case. That you have to discuss, on vacation, where you have booked a room for a price that is still not cheap, and it is only dealt with after 10 minutes of discussion, simply cannot be. All in all - too much discussion, hotel's own cleaning rules are followed 0, so we will definitely not be back. We don't need a discussion on vacation, especially if you've paid for it. Therefore no recommendation.
Z	Zari Zfrt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade, dass man nur 5 Sterne geben kann. Wir waren während unseres Aufenthalts begeistert von der Gastfreundschaft, die man uns entgegenbrachte. Die Zimmer sind neu und modern eingerichtet. Das Ambiente im gesamten Haus ist toll und auch beim Frühstück fehlt es an nichts. Danke! Wir kommen gerne wieder! It's a shame that you can only give 5 stars. During our stay, we were delighted with the hospitality that was shown to us. The rooms are new and modern. The ambience in the entire house is great and nothing is missing at breakfast. Thanks! We would love to come back!
