Perfect resturant and staff

Perfect family hotel, great food, close to ski lift

Good price value. Breakfast good quality and tasty. Dinner ok. We had a nice family room with 2 separate bedrooms and a nice patio.

This looks like a pizzeria in a hotel from the outside, but has an extensive menu and friendly service. The large pizza is more than a normal person can eat however, unless your name is Jona.

Nice restaurant with traditional dishes and a wide variety of pizza's. The service could be a bit more customer oriented.

wow, had the worst dinner service here.. the 2x (hungarian) male servers were extremely rude to us....one made comments (which we understood) when we spoke english, thinking we cannot understand. there was only 2 seating in the restaurant, us and another couple, quite early eve. one of us is allergic to dairy (!!!) so we (dare to) ask 3 dishes if they had dairy in it - mamma mia, the server walking away from our table , big sighs and noises, swearing in hungarian as he is super annoyed he had to ask the chef about the dishes. meanwhile he spent half of service in the smoking area drinking and laughing with some friends. lovely!! only 2 stars strictly go to the chef and the food was good. oh and our cocktails possibly never seen any alcohol in their life. 4 star treatment - it isnt. reply: erm, yes i am certain we were at your restaurant. pretty sure you serve cocktails as i had the 'ioisi special gin cocktail' (!!!) so hard to mix up the name of the place....;) ive added a pic of my dish too in case you still question my genuine review. obviously the server will not admit to his fault, but trust me, he was very rude - hence i decided to write the review. i dont just sit at home bored writing reviews to places i imagined to go?! the (also) hungarian lady server was friendly & nice - she came in to 'help' as the boys didnt understand our english to ask to ay the bill. as mentioned before - the food was good, this review is strictly about the rude annoyed servers. perhaps you can trust a customers review without questioning if the even know where they dined.
