J	Jakob J-G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hab eine Hochzeitstorte anfertigen lassen. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Vorlagen, was bei der Entscheidungshilfe von Vorteil ist. Für 15€ gibt es die möglichen Tortenfüllungen zum kosten. Würde ich empfehlen zu nehmen, wir haben unsere ursprüngliche Auswahl nach der verkosten geändert und waren damit den Ergebnis sehr zu frieden. Geschmacklich kann ich den Konditor sehr empfehlen. Leider ist bei der Verzierung eine Fehler unterlaufen: Statt "Love ist all YOU need" wurde "Love ist all need" geschrieben. Als ich es anmerke wurde es nachkorrigiert. Von der Verzierung mit Schriften würde ich eher abraten. Beispielbild und Ergebnis unterscheiden sich doch recht stark. Ich würde das nächste mal eher eine klassische Verzierung ohne viel Schrift nehmen. I had a wedding cake made. There is a wide range of templates available, which is an advantage when it comes to making a decision. For 15 € there are the possible cake fillings to taste. I would recommend taking it, we changed our original selection after tasting and were very pleased with the result. In terms of taste, I can highly recommend the pastry chef. Unfortunately, a mistake was made in the decoration: Instead of "Love is all YOU need", "Love is all need" was written. When I noticed it was corrected. I would advise against the decoration with fonts. Example image and result are very different. Next time I would use a classic ornament without a lot of writing.

Habe online Waren (Kuchen in Dosen) im Wert von >300€ bestellt und fast nur 12-18 Monate alte "Ladenhüter"-Ware erhalten. Bei meinem Versuch Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst herzustellen sind angeblich die ersten drei e-Mails nicht angekommen - Anruf zwecklos. Dann habe ich doch eine Antwort erhalten, ohne Ansprechpartner - nur anonym mit "Ihr Hanauer Team", " ...was ich denn nur wolle, die Ware sei ja noch haltbar". Im Internet werden die Produkte mit 18-24 Monate Haltbarkeit beworben. Natürlich erwartet man, dass wenn man schon direkt beim Hersteller bestellt, auch einigermaßen frische Waren erhält. Offensichtlich sind die Produkte nicht sehr erfolgreich. Die Rezitationen mit schlechten Erfahrungen von unfreundlichen und inkompetenten Bedienungen im Ladengeschäft der Konditorei, bestätigen meine schlechten Erfahrungen mit dem Online-Vertrieb. CONCLUSION: Old goods & miserable customer service! I ordered goods (cans in cans) worth> € 300 online and received almost only 12-18 month old "shopkeepers" goods. When I tried to contact customer service, the first three e-mails allegedly did not arrive - the call was pointless. Then I got an answer, without a contact person - only anonymously with "Your Hanauer Team", "... what I want, the goods are still stable". The products are advertised on the Internet with a shelf life of 18-24 months. Of course, you expect that if you order directly from the manufacturer, you will also get reasonably fresh goods. Obviously the products are not very successful. The recitations with bad experiences from unfriendly and incompetent waitresses in the pastry shop confirm my bad experiences with online sales.
