Partly weak service in shopping area

Competent and quick service. Mostly friendly and competent staff.

It is not the first time I see how unprofessional and careless the personnel is there. I don’t recommend ATU.

Everytime full and I am happy for the owner. But long queue at checkout ...!!!

You can get spare parts there for majority of the vehicles and they also do service and maintenance as well. Staff are multilingual and very helpful for most of us who doesn't speak the German language.

they ruined my summer tires. The desition of shop manager was to buy half half new tires.. I don't understand, how this could happend and I don't recommend this place if u have run flat tires, cause they will be ruined.(((

Great service, I like online booking option. Tyres change took exactly 1 hour as they said. And you also get sms notification. I can't ask for more.

They promote themselves as transparent costs, but it's not true. I had completely new rims, tires and TPMS that I wanted to mount on my car. In their online system I ordered complete exchange (including tire mounting) with storage and final price was ~124eur. As TPMS system was not mentioned there, I sent them an email about what is the final price with TPMS (as this system is mandatory in Austria) - answer was 130eur. Well, not really consistent with online service, but ok. Today I was there to change it and final price was 156eur. I immediately complained and they said that they will fix it and final price will be 129eur. They didn't exchange "Abholschein" and it still had old price. Worker told me it's ok, that the new documents will be with them. Once I came to take it, I was charged 156eur. Obviously they didn't exchange the document and the worker was gone already, so I had no proof. They also said they mounted TPMS but couldn't bind it to my car because their device is not charged and I should come in one week (really?). I told them I will not pay for it until it's done, but they still charged me for mounting it and it ended up to be 142eur - including some disinfection that is also not mentioned online - very transparent :) Unfortunately I didn't find different companies in Vienna that offer storage and online reservation (which is quite convenient), so I will have to use their services again. Lesson learned: Don't trust them, ask everything upfront and want a confirmation of everything.
