★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gleich wie jede andere Industrieputzerei: Anzüge verbügelt (über das Revers wird drüber gefahren, egal wo die Naht ist). Ist es so schwer zu akzeptieren, dass ein Revers heute anders geschnitten ist als vor 20 Jahren? Bis man zu Hause ist, muss man ohnehin nochmal bügeln. Eine Tragtasche gibt‘s hier nämlich nicht. Die Flecken auf den Krawatten sind unverändert da. Das wurde bei der Rückgabe nicht mal erwähnt. Freundlichkeit entspricht der Reinigungsleistung.
 Just like any other industrial cleaning shop: suits are ironed on (the lapel is used to drive over, no matter where the seam is). Is it so difficult to accept that a lapel is cut differently today than it was 20 years ago? You have to iron again before you get home. There is no carrying bag here. The stains on the ties are still there. That was not even mentioned in the return. Friendliness corresponds to the cleaning performance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte als Urlauber ein paar Hemden abgegeben, sogar Aufpreis bezahlt für schnelle Reinigung, dann aber doch es nicht geschafft meine Hemden abzuholen. Ich habe dann telefonisch um Hilfe gebeten, so dass man mir die Hemden (gegen Bezahlung) nachsendet.
Da war aber nix zu machen. Trotz mehrfacher Versuche blieb die Chefin hart, rief noch nicht einmal zurück. Ich musste eine Freundin den Abholzettel zusenden und quer durch die Stadt senden, um die Hemden abzuholen. Dabei wurde sie dann auch noch belächelt... Nie wieder.
As a vacationer had given a few shirts, even surcharge paid for quick cleaning, but then it did not manage to pick up my shirts. I then asked for help by phone, so they send me the shirts (for a fee).
There was nothing to do. Despite repeated attempts, the boss stayed hard, did not even call back. I had to send a friend the piece of wood and send across the city to pick up the shirts. She was then even smiled ... Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War einmal gut. Ich musste jetzt zum zweiten Mal noch mal hin weil nur oberflächlich geputzt wurde. Einen Fleck konnte ich schließlich selbst entfernen mit Siege und Wasser. Fraglich warum ich dann noch irgendwas dorthin bringen sollte.
It was good once. I had to go there again for the second time because only superficial cleaning was done. I was finally able to remove a stain myself with victories and water. Questionable why I should then bring anything there.
