★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Platz ist wirklich sehr uneben und schräg, man hat zu tun, um sich einigermaßen eben auszurichten. Die Nähe zur Kellergasse gleicht zwar nicht die Unebenheiten, aber schon die Mühe aus, die man hat. Die Kellergasse ist ein MUSS!!
 The place is really very uneven and sloping, you have to do something to level yourself. The proximity to the Kellergasse doesn’t compensate for the bumps, but it does make up for the effort you have to make. The Kellergasse is a MUST !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In diesem Zustand: FAIL!
Die Wiese ist nicht gemäht/gepflegt. Zu allen Seiten uneben und komplett ohne Infrastruktur (keine V+E, kein Strom).
Teile davon werden als Lagerplatz genutzt. Dabei wäre das ein wirklich guter Platz in unmittelbarer Nähe zu der Kellergasse mit denen Buschenschank und dem Verkaufskeller mit dem großartigen Wein des örtlichen Winzers!
In this state: FAIL!
The meadow is not mowed / maintained. Uneven on all sides and completely without infrastructure (no V + E, no electricity).
Parts of it are used as storage space. It would be a really good place in the immediate vicinity of the cellar lane with the wine tavern and the sales cellar with the great wine of the local winemaker!
