★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dass am Tag der offenen Kellertür viel los ist, ist schön. Dass es dadurch eine stark reduzierte Karte gibt, ist verständlich.
Dass man, wenn man über 1 Stunde geduldig auf sein Essen wartet, bemerkt, dass Gäste, die z.T um 30 Minuten später gekommen sind ihr Essen bereits bekommen haben, auf die Frage, ob die Bestellung vielleicht übersehen wurde, angeschnauzt wird, dass man dann 1 trockenen Schweinsbraten quasi ohne Saft serviert bekommt, 5 Minuten später ein Kotelett (das OK war) und nochmal 10 Minuten später einen lieb-und phabtasielos zubereiteten Burger mit kalten Pommes serviert bekommt, ist nicht verständlich und ebenso nicht annehmbar.
Dass dann der Wunsch nach einem zweiten Getränk wiederum vergessen/ignoriert wurde, hat dann das Bild abgerundet.
14-16 Euro pro Portion sind für das Gebote geradezu ein Hohn.
Ich muss mich wirklich anstrengen um ein mieseres gastronomisches Erlebnis aus meinen Erinnerungen hervorzukramen.
Einmal und - das schwöre ich - nie mehr wieder.
 It's nice that there is a lot going on on the day when the cellar door is open. It is understandable that this means that there is a greatly reduced menu.
That, if you wait patiently for your meal for over 1 hour, you notice that guests, some of whom have come 30 minutes later, have already received their food, and when asked whether the order was overlooked, they snapped at you 1 dry roast pork is served almost without juice, 5 minutes later a chop (which was OK) and again 10 minutes later a burger with cold fries that has been cooked without love and is served is not understandable and just as unacceptable.
The fact that the wish for a second drink was then forgotten / ignored rounded off the picture.
14-16 euros per serving is a mockery for the commandment.
I really have to work hard to get a lousy gastronomic experience out of my memories.
Once and - I swear - never again.
