The suckling pig and the pastries were great. Unfortunately it was a bit cold in the wine cellar at the beginning.

Die weinauswahl ist quantitativ zugegeben recht gross aber die die brettljause (heurigenplatte) enttäuschend (industieextrawurst als bestandteil ist mir in den letzen jahrzehnten noch nie untergekommen und einfach ein no-go).
Das preis-leistungs-verhältnis ist generell eher untermittelmässig.
Da bekomm ich bei meinem wiener lieblingsheurigen (immerhin bester wiener heuriger lt. fallstaff - und das urteil teile ich) deutlich mehr fürs gleiche geld! Von meiner seite also nicht unbedingt eine empfehlung....
Unfortunately, I cannot understand the very good reviews here at all.
The wine selection is quantitatively quite large, but the brettljause (heurigenplatte) is disappointing (I've never seen industrial extra sausage as a component in the last few decades and it's simply a no-go).
The price-performance ratio is generally below average.
I get a lot more for the same money with my favorite Viennese heuriger (after all, the best Viennese heuriger according to fallstaff - and I agree with that)! So not necessarily a recommendation from my side ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Ambiente des uralten Felaenkellers und der Garten dazu hat schon einen besonderen Flair. Wein und Essen sehr gut. Hochpreisig aber den Umständen angepasst ganz ok. Nettes Personal. Bin gerne dort. Super Spannferkel, Enten, Gänse, Kümmel und Surbraten.
The ambience of the ancient Felaenkeller and the garden to it already has a special flair. Wine and food very good. Highly priced but adapted to the circumstances quite ok. Nice personel. I like to be there. Super cockerels, ducks, geese, caraway and surf roast.
