★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Когда мы добрались до Kellergasse, все винные погреба были закрыты - середина буднего дня, 30-градусная жара, посетителей ждать не приходится. На наше счастье мы обнаружили один открытый. Там нас встретил хозяин винодельни Bio-Vegan-Weingut Josef Salomon. Он показал нам свой погреб и провёл дегустацию вин своего производства. Когда Йозеф заметил, что мой друг хорошо разбирается, он с загадочным видом достал из закромов Grüner Veltliner 2005 года. И не прогадал - именно его мы и купили, несмотря на довольно ощутимую для нас цену.
When we got to Kellergasse, all the wine cellars were closed - the middle of the weekday, 30-degree heat, visitors can not wait. Fortunately, we found one open. There we were met by the owner of the winery Bio-Vegan-Weingut Josef Salomon. He showed us his cellar and conducted a tasting of its production wines. When Yosef noticed that my friend was well versed, he with a mysterious look pulled out the 2005 Grüner Veltliner bins. And I didn’t lose it - it was we who bought it, in spite of the price that was quite tangible for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War am 06.04.2019 mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen unangekündigt im zugehörigen Keller in der Kellergasse. Der Empfang mit einer Weinprobe war schon sehr gut und wurde durch den Salomon Gustoteller kulinarisch ergänzt. Ich glaube wir waren ca. 3 Stunden im Keller, die Zeit ist einfach zu schnell vergangen. Beim nächsten Besuch möchte ich das Angebot der Weinverkostung und Unterkunft ausprobieren.
Was on 06.04.2019 with a group of 10 people unannounced in the associated cellar in the cellar lane. The reception with a wine tasting was very good and was complemented culinary by the Salomon Gusto. I think we were in the basement for about 3 hours, time just passed too fast. On the next visit I would like to try the offer of wine tasting and accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weinverkostung in einem sehr angenehmen Ambiente, feine kulinarische Begleitung mit libevoll zubereiteten Speisen (kalt, fein, vielseitig und grosszügig aufgetischt), auf Qualität und Regionalität der Produkte wird Wert gelegt, gemütliche Atmosphäre, ansprechend dekoriert. Mein persönlicher Favorit ist der Hochzeitswein, Schaumwein bella vita und der süße Traubensaft. Josef und Maria betreuen die Gäste sehr aufmerksam und persönlich. Gerne kommen wir wieder (Gruppe mit 5 Personen, zwei Generationen).
Wine tasting in a very pleasant atmosphere, fine culinary accompaniment with libevoll prepared food (cold, fine, versatile and generously served), on quality and regionality of the products value is set, cozy atmosphere, attractively decorated. My personal favorite is the wedding wine, sparkling wine bella vita and the sweet grape juice. Josef and Maria look after the guests very attentively and personally. We are happy to come back (group with 5 people, two generations).
