Beim Kauf wurde mir ein Hinflugticket von der Firma Turkish Airlines (30kg Freigepäck p.P.) und ein Rückflugticket von der Firma Pegasus (ein optionales Ticket - 20kg Freigepäck p.P.) angeboten. Da ich dieses Jahr viel Gepäck mit mir hatte, habe ich EXTRA nachgefragt, ob ich Zusatzgepäck bei meinem Rückflug hinzubuchen könnte, da ich keine PNR-Nr. erhalten hatte. Herr Ahmet hat mir und meiner Schwester versichert, dass er dies für uns tun könnte und gab mir seine persönliche Telefonnummer. Eine Woche vor meinem Abflug kontaktierte ich den Inhaber und bekam zu hören, dass er sowas nie gesagt hätte und es keine Option geben würde, um Zusatzgepäck dazu zu buchen. Nachdem ich mich zurecht aufgeregt hatte, SCHRIE ER MICH AN UND SAGTE, DASS ICH EINFACH MEIN GEPÄCK DORT LASSEN SOLL UND DASS DAS NICHT SEIN PROBLEM WÄRE. Bevor ich noch antworten konnte, legte er einfach auf. Sowas unprofessionelles habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie gesehen! Ärgerlicherweise musste ich heute zusätzlich über 100€ am Flughafen-Schalter zahlen! Wir haben über 2000€ für die Tickets bar bezahlt gehabt und im Gegenzug nur Ärger erhalten. Ich werde definitiv nicht mehr dort buchen und rate JEDEM davon ab!! FLOODLESS FREEDOM !! I bought my plane tickets myself and my family a few months ago from owner Mr Ahmet. After I was right upset, CLOSE ME AND SAID THAT I HAD TO LET MY BAGGAGE THERE AND THAT THAT WOULD NOT BE PROBLEM. Before I could answer, he simply hung up. I've never seen anything so unprofessional in my life! Annoyingly, today I had to pay more than 100 € at the airport counter! We paid more than 2000 € for the tickets in cash and got in return only trouble. I will definitely not book there again and advise EVERYONE off !!
