Collection of travel documents. Despite being full, both ladies were friendly and courteous. Next trip is also booked there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 Tage vor Reiseantritt haben wir die Information bekommen, dass unser einem Monat im Voraus gebuchtes Hotel nicht verfügbar sei. Außerdem war der gebuchte Direktflug nicht möglich. Ich denke man könnte in jedem der einzelnen Fälle dem Kunden preislich deutlich entgegenkommen, dies ist jedoch nicht geschehen. Auch eine ordentliche Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten, haben wir nicht bekommen. Daher kann ich dieses Unternehmen nicht weiterempfehlen.
8 days before the start of the trip we received the information that the hotel we had booked a month in advance was not available. In addition, the booked direct flight was not possible. I think that in each of the individual cases one could clearly accommodate the customer in terms of price, but this has not happened. We didn't even get a proper apology for the inconvenience. Therefore I cannot recommend this company.
