Aus meine Anfrage ob eine Stornierung möglich ist und zu welchen Konditionen wurde sofort eine Stornierung, ohne meiner Zustimmung! Die übereifrige Mitarbeiterin Patrizia der Ltur Filiale in Innsbruck hat mich somit jeder Chance, auf eine alternative Lösung beraubt. Dank ihres überfreundlichen Aktionismus habe ich sehr viel Geld verloren und mein Urlaub war gelaufen. Nach dem Tod meines Mannes hatte ich mir einfach mal eine Auszeit am Strand gewünscht. Danke Ltur, dass mir die Möglichkeit auf einen Urlaub genommen wurde! Durch diese Handlung der Mittarbeiterin von Ltur, der ich definitiv nicht zugestimmt habe. Achtung! Ebenfalls verbreitet die Mittarbeiter*in Fehlinformationen, denn der QR Code den man seit neuesten für die Einreise nach Grichenland benötigt war tatsächlich am nächsten Tag da, genauso wie die Möglichkeit den Rückflug trotz nicht angetretenen Hinflug nutzen zu können. Die Mittarbeiterin ist in meinen Augen inkompetent und verfolgt nur ihre eigenen intressen. Denn sie wollte mir eine neue Reise für 500€ verkaufen. Nachem sie ungefragt meine bestehende Reise storniert hat. Unfortunately, the advice is very incompetent and not customer-oriented. In my opinion, the employee is incompetent and only pursues her own interests. Because she wanted to sell me a new trip for € 500. After she canceled my existing trip without asking.

We trusted Peter Hörömpö (the tour agent) completely and did not think to double check the print out of where he was sending us. When we came back and complained he said it was too late and claimed not to remember us. A very disappointing and disheartening experience.
