★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Service bzw. Reifenwechsel (5* ). Schade dass der Verkauf nicht dazu zählt. Von einem Rabatt (vom Arbeitgeber ermöglicht) nichts zu sehen, da online (div. Händler) die Preise für die ausgewählten Reifen gleich viel kosten oder noch günstiger sind. Bezeichnet wurden diese "Benefits" auf der Rechnung als "kostenlos" bzw "0,00€". Auf meine Frage wegen dem hohen Preis, ob der Abzug bereits schon geschehen ist, bekam ich einen unhöflichen Antwort, der Kollege hätte das beim Angebot schreiben schon erledigt und der Preis ist fix ( "0,00€" Rabatt), erklärt wurde mir jedoch nicht wie.
 Top service or tire change (5 *). It's a shame that the sale is not one of them. Nothing to be seen of a discount (made possible by the employer), since online (various dealers) the prices for the selected tires cost the same or are even cheaper. These "benefits" were designated on the invoice as "free" or "€ 0.00". When I asked about the high price, whether the deduction has already been made, I got a rude answer that my colleague would have already done that when writing the offer and the price is fixed ("€ 0.00" discount), but was explained to me not how.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das 1. Mal zum Reifenwechsel heute dort gewesen. Flott erledigt, pünktlich zum Termin dran gekommen. Die Sommerreifenwurden sogar gewaschenbevor sie wieder verpackt im Kofferraum verstaut wurden. Absolut zu empfehlen.
Was there for the first time today to change tires. Quickly done, got my appointment on time. The summer tires were even washed before they were packed again and stowed in the trunk. Absolutely to be recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed highly recommend this place. I needed a rim band for a 17" tube-type motorcycle tire, which is rather exotic and tends to be hard to find on a short notice. (I tried several other shops in Graz and they didn't have it) They had it in stock. Service was very competent and friendly too.
