V	Vanessa Brummer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War Pickerl machen letzte Woche wurde nicht mal um die Telefonnummer gefragt. Auto stand den ganzen Tag bei Atu ich habe 36x Angerufen niemand hebt ab. Dan hieß es ich bekomme Kostenvoranschlag per Email in etwa 1 Tag zu gesendet. 1 Woche ist vergangen noch immer keinen Kostenvoranschlag bekommen. Seit 3 Tagen versuche ich anzurufen. Hoffnungslos. Es hebt einfach niemand ab... unzuverlässig und unkompetent. Bin stink sauer...
S	Sascha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte für einen Ölwechsel am 14.01.2022 einen Termin ausgemacht. Auto wurde normal angenommen und mir wurde gesagt, dass ich angerufen werden, sobald das Auto fertig ist (geschätzte Dauer lt. Online-Terminbuchung 1 Stunde). Um 15 Uhr kam ich wieder zur Werkstatt, um zu sehen, dass mein Auto bereits wieder im Hof stand und mich kein Mitarbeiter angerufen hat. Dann hab ich über eine halbe Stunde darauf gewartet, zahlen zu dürfen und meine Schlüssel wiederzubekommen. Der eine der beiden Mitarbeiter war äußerst unfreundlich und feindete die Arbeitskollegen & die Kunden an. Zusammengefasst war der Service nicht günstigste, die Freundlichkeit und Pünktlichkeit lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig und als ich die Werkstatt verlassen hab, find aufeinmal die Störung aufzuleuchten, dass meine Birne fürs Abblendlicht rechts defekt ist. Was für ein Zufall ... Das erste & letzte mal. Danke. Had made an appointment for an oil change on January 14th, 2022. Car was received normally and I was told that I would be called as soon as the car was ready (estimated time according to online appointment booking 1 hour). At 3 p.m. I came back to the workshop to see that my car was already back in the yard and no employee had called me. Then I waited over half an hour to be allowed to pay and to get my keys back. One of the two employees was extremely unfriendly and hostile to colleagues and customers. In summary, the service was not the best, the friendliness and punctuality also left a lot to be desired and when I left the workshop, I suddenly noticed that my bulb for the low beam on the right was defective. What a coincidence ... The first & last time. Thank you.

Vor allem ein großes Dankeschön an Marvin der mich sehr kompetent und nett betreut hat. Ich würde ihm mindestens von 5 Sternen 12 geben. Bis zum nächsten Pickerl! Danke Lisa und ihr Smart Very courteous workshop, my car was repaired quickly and I was able to drive it again in good time. Above all, a big thank you to Marvin, who looked after me very competently and kindly. I would give it at least 12 out of 5 stars. Until the next pick! thank you Lisa and her Smart

Online Termin ausgemacht, vorbeigekommen die endgültige Summe für den Service bekommen, unterschreiben kann ne eine Stunde später das Auto geholt, bezahlt und fertig. Hab dann noch Selber drüber geschaut es wurde sehr sauber gearbeitet. Wunschlos zufrieden der Preis ist auch sehr ok, und man wird sich sicher wieder sehen ;) Been there for the first time and I have to honestly say that everything was fine. Made an appointment online, came by, got the final amount for the service, can sign an hour later, got the car, paid and that's it. I then looked over it myself, it was worked very cleanly. Perfectly satisfied, the price is also very ok, and we will definitely see each other again ;)
D	Dario Flynn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war nur hier um mir einen Frostschutz zu kaufen, leider gabs nur sehr wenig Auswahl, also hab ich mir dann einfach einen genommen, damit ich nicht umsonst da war und wollte schnell wieder gehen. Leider konnte ich dies nur nicht, weil nur ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort war und 3 Leute waren noch vor mir und der zweite kam erst nach 10 Minuten. I was only here to buy antifreeze, unfortunately there was very little choice, so I just took one so I wasn't there for free and wanted to leave quickly. Unfortunately I couldn't do this because only one employee was on site and 3 people were still in front of me and the second only came after 10 minutes.

I	Ivan Szilva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came with a problem with my AC. Having listened to the advice of the employee, I went for "klimaanlagenwartung". It was relatively cheap but a little slow. I came back after 4 hours when I was called that all is done, was given the keys, paid and went into the car. The AC was not working. (How did they check it anyway ?). Came back in 2 days when they told me to, got my car there for 10 hours (from 7:30 till closing) and I was told my AC is broken and they can repair it in 14 days. So I paid for them to tell me that the AC doesn't work...Thanks, I knew that when I came. Thanks to the employee of ATU I was given the money for initial "repair" back. (that's why the 2 stars)
