★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service war ganz okay, ich möchte als Frau aber etwas bringen und abholen können ohne das mir von der Werkstatt aus hinterhergepfiffen wird, nur weil ich kurze Kleidung trage. Ich möchte als Kundin dort genauso mit Respekt behandelt werden wie die Männer.
Service was okay, but as a woman I want to be able to bring and pick something up without being whistled after me from the workshop just because I'm wearing short clothes. As a customer, I want to be treated with the same respect as the men.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apsolut unzufrieden im märz war ich bei denen um die sommerreifen auf zu bringen die Schrauben wurde nso fest zugezogen das sie die sicherheitsschrauben jezt nicht aufdrehn konnten für die winterreifen dann hies es nur fahr in die Fachwerkstatt das heist nie wieder beim reifen team sonder gleich in die Fachwerkstat. Als entschuldigund nannte sie ja das auto ist 7000 km gefahren das material arbeitet etc apsolut nur kindergarten
Apsolut dissatisfied in March I was with them to bring the summer tires on, the screws were tightened so tight that they could not unscrew the safety screws for the winter tires then it was only drive to the specialist workshop that means never again with the tire team but straight to them Fachwerkstat. As an excuse she said the car drove 7000 km the material works etc apsolut only kindergarten

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought four Michelin tyres which had a long warranty unless they were worn. Six months before the warranty would expire, one of the tyres developed a bulge in the sidewall.
I wrote to Michelin seeking the best advice on where to take the tyre for replacement, which is easy for us as we drive a minibus all over Europe. They did not respond.
So, when we had a slow puncture in Austria we thought it would be a good idea to go to Reifenteam Varga GmbH as we had bought the tyres there several years previously.
They took care of the puncture, rather expensively, but ignored my requests to have them address the Michelin tyre issue.
Not being fluent in German didn't help, but we won't ever go back to Reifenteam Varga GmbH, and we shall never buy Michelin tyres again either.
