★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Kostenvoranschlag war bei 80€ und es sollte angerufen werden falls zusätzliche Teile und Kosten anfallen. Es kam kein Anruf und bei der Abholung waren es dann 200€, davon 50€ für ein 10€ Ersatzteil berechnet. Zum krönenden Abschluss gabs dann nicht mal eine anständige Rechnung sondern nur einen Kassenbong.....Definitiv nicht professionel oder empfehlenswert. Nie wieder
The cost estimate was 80 € and should be called if additional parts and costs are incurred. There was no call and when I picked it up it was € 200, € 50 of which was charged for a € 10 spare part. To top it off, there wasn't even a decent bill but only a cash register bong ..... Definitely not professional or recommendable. Never again

Der Service ist einwandfrei. Das Best Box Team ist sehr zuvorkommend und sie versuchen auch Laien den vorliegenden Sachverhalt profund zu erklären. Der Prozess ist transparent und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut fair.
Man ist sehr bemüht das Auto rund um zu versorgen und den Kunden zufrieden zustellen. Annahme, Reparatur und Übergabe alles unkompliziert, was will man mehr?!

The service is impeccable. The Best Box Team is very courteous and they also try to explain the facts in detail to laypeople. The process is transparent and the price-performance ratio is absolutely fair.
They make every effort to look after the car and make the customer happy. Acceptance, repair and handover all uncomplicated, what more could you want ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to change my brake fluid and I got some old and recycled one instead (as the Technical Inspector observed on the same day, after testing it and of course, It didn't pass the test because of that). I asked to have my brake pads changed, since I had a new pair in the trunk, and I got some fishy ones instead and they squeak like hell from the first hour I got them. Why?! God, Allah or Buddha knows why.
