Wie auch immer(ich kann mir kaum vorstellen wie das passiert, aber gut) ist mein Türgriff während dem Wechsel abgebrochen. Dies wurde mir danach nicht einmal gesagt sondern absolut feige so getan als wäre nichts! Als ich sie dann auf den Türgriff ansprach wurde mir gesagt dieser wäre nicht ihre Schuld. Es wurden Ausreden gesucht und am Ende erzählt die Kälte wäre schuld. Fazit: Egal was ihr hier lassen macht ihr müsst Angst haben, dass danach mehr kaputt als ganz ist!!! Geht nicht in diese Werkstatt!! Absolutely underground service !!! I went to this workshop for a simple tire change. Anyway (I can't imagine how that happened, but fine) my door handle broke off during the switch. I was not even told this afterwards but acted in an absolutely cowardly way as if nothing was! When I spoke to her on the door handle, I was told it wasn't her fault. Excuses were sought and in the end it was said that the cold was to blame. Conclusion: No matter what you leave here you have to be afraid that afterwards more is broken than whole! Don't go to this workshop !!
P	Psychessin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte heute einen Termin zum Reifenwechsel. Online hatte ich bei der Terminbuchung lediglich "Reifenwechsel und Einlagern" vereinbart. Als ich dann auch die Position "Wuchten" auf der Rechnung sah, habe ich mich schon sehr gewundert, dass dies 1. ohne Auftrag und 2. ohne Rücksprache mit mir einfach eigenmächtig so gemacht/verrechnet wurde. Es sei angeblich notwendig gewesen (bei 2019 gekauften Winterreifen, mit denen seit Beginn der Coronakrise kaum gefahren wurde...). Da ich bisher mit den Terminvereinbarungen und den jeweils sehr raschen Erledigungen der Arbeiten immer zufrieden war, gibt es 3 Sterne. Von dem Vorfall heute bin ich jedoch schon ziemlich vor den Kopf gestoßen. I had an appointment today to change my tires. When booking the appointment online, I had only agreed "tire change and storage". When I then saw the item "Balancing" on the invoice, I was astonished that this was 1. without an order and 2. without consulting me, that this was simply done / offset. It was allegedly necessary (with winter tires bought in 2019, which have hardly been used since the beginning of the corona crisis ...). Since I have always been satisfied with the appointments made and the very quick completion of the work, I have given it 3 stars. However, I was pretty offended by the incident today.

Gutes Preis - Leistung Verhältnis Überhaupt die Jungen (Lehrlinge?) sind sehr freundlich und informieren den Kunden in jedem Bereich ausgezeichnet.
