Ich kann noch nicht gut Deutsch, aber ich habe maximales Verständnis und Freundlichkeit vom Personal. Sehr höfliches und hilfbereites Personal! It was my first time in the service room. Thank you for your quick work. I don't speak German very well yet, but I have maximum understanding and friendliness from the staff. Very polite and helpful staff!

Hatte am Telefon Kontakt aufgenommen betreffs der Reparatur meines Radlagers und wurde durch freundlich kompetente Mitarbeiter beraten. Ich bekam schnell einen für mich passenden Termin sowie einen Kostenvoranschlag. Am Tag der Reparatur stand der gewünschte Leihwagen schon bereit und keine 3 Stunden später erhielt ich bereits den Anruf, dass mein Fahrzeug repariert sei. Hammer! Außerdem möchte ich positiv hervorheben, dass nicht mehr am Fahrzeug gemacht wurde, als tatsächlich nötig war. Denn ich hatte gebeten, zusätzlich nach den Bremsen zu schauen und einen etwaigen Austausch der Bremsscheiben sowie Bremsklötze angeregt. Aber im Gegensatz zu schon gemachten Erfahrungen mit anderen Werkstätten, wurde hier nach fachmännischer Prüfung entschieden, dass ein Austausch nicht nötig sei. Außerdem wurde als unentgeltliche Serviceleistung ein nervendes Surren vom Ventilator der Luftfilters beseitigt. Ich bin überaus zufrieden und überlege allen Ernstes (wenn möglich) alle meine Wartungen zukünftig während meines Urlaubs in Tirol durch GP Auto Service erledigen zu lassen !!! I am absolutely thrilled with the GP Auto Service !! I got in touch on the phone regarding the repair of my wheel bearing and was advised by friendly, competent staff. I quickly got an appointment that was right for me and a cost estimate. On the day of the repair, the desired rental car was ready and less than 3 hours later I received the call that my vehicle had been repaired. Hammer! I would also like to emphasize positively that nothing more was done on the vehicle than was actually necessary. Because I had asked to also check the brakes and suggested a possible replacement of the brake discs and brake pads. But in contrast to previous experience with other workshops, it was decided after a professional examination that an exchange was not necessary. In addition, an annoying hum from the fan of the air filter was eliminated as a free service. I am extremely satisfied and I am seriously considering (if possible) to have all my maintenance done by GP Auto Service during my holiday in Tyrol!

Bei GP Autoservice trifft es zu, dass der Kunde König ist. Habe gerade meinen 3. Mazda dort gekauft und es war sicher nicht der letzte. I've been a satisfied customer for years. A car dealership with handshake quality. The employees are always trying and customer-oriented, you feel in good hands. At GP Autoservice it is true that the customer is king. Just bought my 3rd Mazda there and it certainly won't be the last.
