Und es wird ganz toll gestochen. :) Great to reach (Haupthahnhof exactly vis-a-vis over the belt), very nice employees, excellent team, competent doctors. And it's done really well. :)
S	Susan A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann es nicht in worte fassen ich suchte verzweifelt einen artzt in ganz Niederösterreich kein Chirurgen konnte mich zufrieden stellen ich erklärte das ich Schmerz habe aber das zuhören ging nicht ich wurde jedes mal abgespeist und irgendwann durch zufall fand ich ZFM machte ein termin den man sehr schnell bekomt ausgemacht und dachte ach geh was werden die mir sagen ich habe mich geirrt ich bin hin und bin so glücklich das ich diese Praxis gefunden habe diese Ärzte super sympathisch das Team recht süß und freundlich die Wartezeit ist mir egal das lohnt sich am ende geduld muss man haben ich bin überglücklich so eine Praxis nach 2 jahren gefunden zu haben deswegen habe ich an gewisse Ärztie empfohlen ICH BRECHE JEDES MAL IN TRÄNEN AUS DAS MIR ENDLICH GEHOLFEN WIRD UND ICH ETWAS WENIGER SCHMERFREI LEBEN KANN DANKE TOLLES TEAM ❤❤ I can't put it into words I was desperately looking for a doctor in all of Lower Austria no surgeon could satisfy me I explained that I was in pain but I couldn't listen I was fobbed off every time and at some point by chance I found ZFM made an appointment that you very much quickly got settled and thought oh go what will they tell me i was wrong i'm there and i'm so happy that i found this practice these doctors super personable the team very sweet and friendly i don't care the waiting time it's worth patience in the end you have to have it I am overjoyed to have found such a practice after 2 years, that's why I recommended it to certain doctors I break out of tears every time I am finally helped and I can live a little less pain-free THANK YOU GREAT TEAM ❤❤

Es wurde detailliert auf meine Beschwerden eingegangen und zusammen mit mir an einer Lösung gearbeitet. Was mich besonders gefreut hat war die Tatsache, dass anders als bei meinen bisherigen Ärzten nicht die Operation im Vordergrund stand. Bei vielen anderen Ärzten war immer sehr schnell die OP das Mittel der Wahl. Absolut zu empfehlen! Super satisfied, 1A treatment and a nice ambience From the first visit to the ordination, I felt that I was in good hands with Dr. Gründler and his team. My complaints were dealt with in detail and worked with me to find a solution. What made me particularly happy was the fact that, unlike my previous doctors, the focus was not on the operation. For many other doctors, surgery was always the method of choice very quickly. Absolutely to be recommended!
G	Gernot Hannes Hutter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war im 2021 bereits zwei mal wegen akuter Schmerzen im Bereich der Lendenwirbelsäule und des Ellbogens im ZFM und bin von der Qualität der Leistung wirklich sehr zufrieden. Angefangen von einem freundlichen Empfang, der rasch und nett einen Akuttermin organisierte bis hin zu kurzen Wartezeiten und kompetenten, sehr freundlichen Ärzten. Ich habe schon so einiges gesehen, aber diese Praxis ist für mich TOP. Sehr empfehlenswert! I have already been to the ZFM twice in 2021 because of acute pain in the lumbar spine and elbow area and I am really very satisfied with the quality of the performance. Starting with a friendly reception who quickly and nicely organized an emergency appointment to short waiting times and competent, very friendly doctors. I've seen a lot, but this practice is TOP for me. Highly recommended!
I	Irene Adler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast 1 Stunde Wartezeit trotz Termins und früher kommen (nicht in der Stunde dabei). Im Wartezimmer spricht mich eine Frau an ob ich ihr beim Ausfüllen der Dokumente helfen kann, von den Arzthelfern hat sich scheinbar keiner angesprochen gefühlt. Auf Rückfragen erhält man mürrisch Antwort und Informationen muss man aus der Nase ziehen. 10 Minuten im Arztzimmer von denen der Arzt 5 Minuten anwesend war weil er erst dazu kam nachdem ich meine Beschwerden erklärt habe. Er hört sich nur die ein Satz Zusammenfassung der Artzthelferin an. Man fühlt sich richtig entmündigt. Röntgenbilder habe ich nach der Überweisung separat noch innerhalb der nächstes Stunde erhalten. Das war erfreulich, aber für die Befundbesprechung soll ich nochmal einen extra Termin in frühestens einer Woche machen. Für den ich mir nochmal freinehmen kann... Nein danke. Nie wieder. Dann wird man auch noch mürrisch abgespeist weil man es wagt zu fragen ob man nochmal rein kann. Vermutlich sind die Leute ganz nett wenn man starke Schmerzen hat, für alles andere absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Almost 1 hour waiting time despite having an appointment and coming earlier (not included in the hour). In the waiting room, a woman asks me if I can help her fill out the documents. Apparently none of the medical assistants felt addressed. You get grumpy answers to questions and you have to pull information out of your nose. 10 minutes in the doctor's room, of which the doctor was present for 5 minutes because he only came after I had explained my complaints. He just listens to the paramedic's one-sentence summary. You feel really disenfranchised. I received x-rays separately within the next hour after the referral. That was gratifying, but I should make an extra appointment in a week at the earliest to discuss the findings. For which I can take another day off... No thanks. Never again. Then you get fobbed off grumpily because you dare to ask if you can go in again. The people are probably quite nice if you are in severe pain, absolutely not recommended for anything else.
K	Kim van der Linde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff! It was a real pleasure to make an appointment and be dealt with in such a pleasant way. I had MBST Therapy for my hip (Knochenmarködem) and two hyaluron injections. The therapy really helped and I am going back for a third injection.

I came to this office 2 times, the first time everything was great, the second time we were greeted by a sister, I do not know her name but she was gray with short hair, midle age. When I asked if she speake English, she responded with this look? and cheeky No. There was silence in the office while my daughter and I were waiting for the doctor. I want to say that there are 3 languages in our family and we never resented anyone if they didn't know our language, but we somehow tried to let the person know that they were comfortable . Since this nurse we hope has finished school for the job she is doing, she should leave her prejudices at home and accept the patient in the office, not people and nationalities. Praise be to the doctors for them 4*
