Der Service Im Anschluss war alles andere als bemüht diese Problematik zu lösen. Hier kann man sich scheinbar nicht auf Buchungen verlassen! Unfortunately, our confirmed booking was simply canceled even though everything was available from our side. The service afterwards was anything but trying to solve this problem. You can't seem to rely on bookings here!
j	joe kinze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Appartement sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet und wird mehrfach in der Woche gereinigt. Die Kücheneinrichtung könnte etwas großzügiger sein. Alle werbeversprechen wurden bisher eingehalten. Leider haben wir Wetterbedingt ein paar Tage frieren müssen bis der Service sich bequemte die Heizung zu aktivieren. Auch ist die Internet Anbindung ihren Namen nicht wert. Mit etwas Glück erreicht man 1M/Bit Download. Für den Preis und 4 Sterne ist das leider sehr ungenügend. Sölden an sich ist immer eine Reise wert. The apartments are very nice and well maintained. Appropriately furnished and cleaned several times a week. The kitchen equipment could be a little more spacious. All advertising promises have so far been kept. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we had to freeze for a few days until the service comfortably activated the heating. The internet connection is also not worth its name. If you are lucky, you will get 1M / Bit download. For the price and 4 stars, this is unfortunately very insufficient. Sölden itself is always worth a trip.
M	Marcel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufgrund eines Problems mit der Unterkunft konnten wir ebenfalls nicht in das gebuchte Appartement - nur haben wir einen mehr als gleichwertigen Ersatz organisiert bekommen. So wie man es sich wünscht - unkompliziert schnell gut. Due to a problem with the accommodation, we could not stay in the booked apartment - only we have a more than equivalent replacement organized. Just as you wish - uncomplicated fast good.

In unserem Fall wurde seitens der Unterkunft behauptet, die über Booking angegebenen Kreditkarten wären nicht belastbar. Die Kreditkarten sind allerdings (auch bestätigt durch das Kreditkarteninstitut) voll in Ordnung und wurden nie durch die Unterkunft angefragt. Es bleibt das Gefühl, dass unsere Buchung absichtlich storniert wurde um evtl. eine von der Aufenthaltsdauer attraktivere Buchung zu bevorzugen. Obwohl ich frühzeitig mit der Unterkunft in Kontakt getreten bin, gab es leider keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Die Geschäftsleitung war telefonisch leider auch nicht erreichbar, schade! Danger! Unfortunately, bookings confirmed here are canceled due to incomprehensible reasons. In our case, the accommodation claimed that the credit cards provided via Booking were not reliable. However, the credit cards (also confirmed by the credit card company) are in order and were never requested by the accommodation. The feeling remains that our booking was canceled on purpose in order to possibly prefer a booking that was more attractive in terms of the length of stay. Although I contacted the accommodation early on, unfortunately there was no accommodation. Unfortunately, the management could not be reached by phone either, which is a pity!

For the price you pay a bit more service would be nice though - e.g. bread service, more kitchen necesseties, etc. Also, you can use the swimming pool in the hotel (10 minute walk). Close to the piste - although it is convenient to leave your skis in the depot at the rental next to the lift.
