О	Олег Копьев on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Чисто, уютно. Хорошее расположение. Но завтраки могли бы быть и получше. Ни фруктов, ни горячих блюд вроде каши или омлета не было. Clean, comfortable. Good location. But the breakfasts could be better. No fruit, no hot dishes like porridge or omelet.

CheckIn funktioniert vorab per Internet. Die Wirtin ist sehr freundlich. I'm here for the second time and think it's the best value for money with absolute proximity to the valley station of the Giggijochbahn. Check-in works in advance via the Internet. The landlady is very friendly.
L	Leih Kauf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Hausdame hat gern länger ausgeschlafen und Frühstück ab frühestens 7:30 Uhr angeboten mit der Bemerkung, „dann fahrt ihr halt ohne Frühstück oder nehmt die spätere Gondel“ - eine bodenlose Frechheit. Das Zimmer war für 3 Personen ausgeschrieben, doch selbst für zwei glich das einer Sardienenbüchse... 500€/Person in einem Minizimmer, einem für die Hausdame angenehmen Frühstückzeitpunkt und einen wlan, das nicht einmal ausreicht, um sich ein paar YouTube Videos anzusehen, sind eine Frechheit!! Ich rate jedem dringend dazu erstmal nur eine Anzahlung zu leisten, damit die Hausdame auch das Bedürfnis verspürt, es den Gästen so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. NIE WIEDER!! The housekeeper liked to sleep longer and offered breakfast from 7:30 am at the earliest with the comment, "Then you go without breakfast or take the later gondola" - a bottomless cheek. The room was advertised for 3 people, but even for two it was like a can of sardines ... 500 € / person in a mini room, a pleasant breakfast time for the housekeeper and a wifi that is not even enough to watch a few YouTube videos, are a joke !! I strongly advise everyone to only pay a deposit first, so that the housekeeper feels the need to make it as pleasant as possible for the guests. NEVER AGAIN!!

Bei der Abfahrt gab es keine Verabschiedung. Somit ist unser empfinden, dass es keinerlei Höflichkeiten während unseres Aufenthalts gab. Gefühlt war der Gastgeber nur auf die Bezahlung aus. Dieses Apartment bzw. dieses Haus ist in unserer Sicht absolut nicht Empfehlenswert. On arrival we got a bad to no welcome. There were a lot of misunderstandings despite well understandable ask. On departure, there was no adoption. Thus, we feel that there were no courtesies during our stay. Feeling the host was only on the pay off. This apartment or this house is in our view absolutely not recommended.

P	Petrosilius Zwackelmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren eine größere Gruppe und haben uns in dem Apartment sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Alle wichtigen Spots in Sölden sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber waren auch sehr entspannt und nett mit uns. Geheimtipp falls der Apres Ski mal wieder teurer war: In der Shell um die Ecke gibt's leckeres Dosenbier für unter 2€ ? We were a larger group and felt very well cared for in the apartment. All major spots in Sölden can be reached on foot. The hosts were also very relaxed and nice with us. Insider tip if the après ski was once again more expensive: In the Shell around the corner you can get delicious canned beer for less than € 2 ?

Close to lift, restaurants, ski hire etc. Host is very friendly and provides a good continental breakfast. Great value for a BnB for a single traveller when going for a mini ski break.
