D	Dirk Schiffer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich fand die Wohnung sehr spartanisch. Für diesen Preis verlange ich zumindest ordentliches Mobiliar. Die Balkonmöbel waren durchgerostet. Türrahmen waren aus Metall wo bereits die Farbe abblättert. Einfachste Küchenausstattung. Schade, werde nicht wieder das Solaris buchen. I found the apartment very spartan. For this price, I require at least decent furniture. The balcony furniture had rusted through. Door frames were made of metal where the paint is already peeling off. Simple kitchen equipment. Too bad, will not book the Solaris again.
T	The Vu Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit Freunden haben ich bereits 3x in diesem Apartment-Haus gewohnt. Das Haus wurde erst vor ca. 7 Jahren gebaut, sodass alles noch immer sehr neuwertig anmutet. Die Apartments sind sehr geräumig und haben alle einen oder mehrere getrennte Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Die Wohnküche ist sehr gut sortiert, es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine. Das Haus ht eine eigene Tiefgarage, die kostenlos genutzt werden kann. Für Wintersportler gibt es einen Ski-Keller. Ich ziehe einen Stern ab, da die Lage so ist, dass man einen sehr steilen Hügel erklimmen muss, um das Haus zu erreichen. Nach dem Skifahren ist das dann wirklich eine reine Pein sich da hoch zu schleppen. I've already stayed with friends 3x in this apartment house. The house was built about 7 years ago, so that everything still looks very new. The apartments are very spacious and all have one or more separate bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The kitchen is very well sorted, there is even a dishwasher. The house has its own underground garage, which can be used free of charge. For winter sports enthusiasts there is a ski cellar. I take off a star because the location is such that you have to climb a very steep hill to reach the house. After skiing that is really a pure pain to tow up there.

I don't understand the complaint of the other reviewer. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment with livingroom, kitchen (fully equiped) and 2 bathrooms. Overall they focus on sustainability as they separate everything and eveb the water in the shower ryns quite slowly ?. Simply balance between comfort and sustainability I guess... The house has its own garage with lift directly to the entrance of the apartment. The owners speak good English so it is easy to arrange things
