★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zeer slechte service. Geen empathisch vermogen wanneer er iets vervelends gebeurt tijdens het skiën en flexibiliteit is gewenst bij het uitchecken en/of dingen regelen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer luxueus appartement voor 4 personen met elke twee dagen nieuwe handdoeken en afwasblokjes. Mogelijkheid om gratis gebruik te maken van twee wellnesscentra in de hotels van regina. Één op amper 700m met zwembad met panoramisch uitzicht en andere (op 1.5km) zeer uitgebreid wellness complex met meerdere saunas stoombaden en zwembad. Tip: vergeet zeker geen nespressocups, kruiden en (hand)zeep mee te nemen. Shampoo en lotion is er dan weer wel.
Very luxurious apartment for 4 people with new towels and washing-up cubes every two days. Possibility to make free use of two wellness centers in the hotels of regina. One at just 700m with a swimming pool with panoramic views and the other (at 1.5km) very extensive wellness complex with several saunas, steam baths and swimming pool. Tip: don't forget to bring Nespresso cups, herbs and (hand) soap. Shampoo and lotion is there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Young woman, who is a hotel manager is very rude and arrogant. I think the only reason she is a manager is her pretty face and connection to owners' family. Beware of this place!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great apartment, very modern with all necessary facilities. Five minute walk to the ski lift and five minute walk to the town. The kitchen has good things to use for cooking but they are missing a few things, salt, pepper, sugar, peeler etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
The late check in facility is not good, no staff after 11pm and you need to drive to a different hotel to open a key box. Then the next morning you need to go back to a different hotel to check in before 11am or they lock you out of your room
