D	Donieta Zukaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliches und unkompetentes Personal als würde man die Ware dort geschenkt bekommen und nicht dafür bezahlen. Unfriendly and incompetent staff as if you were given the goods there and not paid for them.
B	Brani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Apotheke ist gut besorgt, das Personal kompetent und (sehr) freundlich, manchmal ist mit 10 min. Wartezeiten zu rechnen, aber mit dem "Nummervergabe" -Prinzip ist dies auch kein Problem...Öffnungszeiten (bis 19,00) sehr erfreulich !.... Herzlich zu empfehlen! The pharmacy is well looked after, the staff competent and (very) friendly, sometimes with 10 min. Waiting times to be expected, but with the "number assignment" principle this is also not a problem ... opening times (up to 19.00) very enjoyable! .... warmly recommended!

Bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen, sind sie dort sehr schroff, nicht einfühlsam. An der Theke fühlt man sich wie wie an der Kasse beim Merkur. Die "nicht studierten" sind alle nett, aber die Pharmazeuten sind alle unfreundlich, nur Mag. Johanna ist eine sehr sehr engagierte Dame! Bei dem Rest hat man das Gefühl, die fressen einen wenn man zu zu viel fragt. Wie als ob man dort was geschenkt bekommt. By far the rudest staff in this pharmacy. As I live near by, unfortunately I am often there. Except for a few exceptions, they are very rude, not sensitive. At the bar you feel like at the cash register at Mercury. The "unstudied" are all nice, but the pharmacists are all rude, only Mag. Johanna is a very dedicated lady! The rest of you have the feeling that they eat you when you ask too much. As if you get something there.

Alle Fragen bzgl. der Produkte werden ausführlich und sehr geduldig erklärt. Ich fühle mich hier wohl :) Have been a customer here for years and can only recommend the pharmacy. The entire staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. All questions regarding the products are explained in detail and very patiently. I feel comfortable here :)

Er waren neue Medikamente für mich und ich habe es gesagt.. Been to a lady twice and twice she didn't write on the packaging how to take it. They were new drugs to me and I said so ..

Ja die gibt es dort tatsächlich, doch die meisten sind arrogant und in keinster Weise dazu bereit zuzugeben einen Fehler gemacht zu haben. Totally dissatisfied for 2 years. If you are lucky you will get a friendly waitress with your ticket. Yes there is, but most are arrogant and in no way willing to admit they made a mistake.
