Normale, rezeptfreie Medikamente sind nicht auf Lager und müssen bestellt werden. Danke, nie wieder. Been there many times and experienced the same thing every time - unfriendly, incompetent staff. Normal, over-the-counter medications are not in stock and must be ordered. Thanks, never again.

Der Apotheker hat sich wirklich Zeit für meine Fragen genommen. Vielen Dank! In Zukunft komme ich nur mehr hierher! I usually go to another pharmacy! (Geschätzt über 60 J., graues Haar) Ich wollte Medikamente für ein älteres Familienmitglied abholen, es stellte sich heraus dass diese nicht reserviert waren. Von Beginn an war die Dame 'oberlehrerhaft' und wirkte genervt. In der Folge bezichtigte sie mich auch noch der Lüge. (Aufgrund eines in einem Telefonat mit dem Familienmitglied mitgehörten Satzes: 'Sie geben mir die Medikamente nicht...' da schaltete sie sich bereits ins private Gespräch mit ein, bevor ich weiter fortfahren konnte '...auf Rezept, sondern nur zum Vollpreis bis das Rezept nachgereicht wurde') Das Gespräch war danach von beiden Seiten nicht mehr von Harmonie geprägt aber auch nicht ausfallend. Bis zum Schluss blieb der Eindruck, die Dame würde regelrecht auf Wörter oder Formulierungen warten, die ihr bereits gefälltes Urteil über mich bestätigen. Leider ist das Personal unfreundlich und höchst unfähig geworden, ich werd dann also per sofort die Apotheke wechseln. V	Vanessa Baumann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ die wenigen, wirklich freundlichen Mitarbeiter bleiben hier offenbar nicht lang. abgesehen davon, trägt das gesamte Apothekenteam keinerlei MNS. die Plexiglasscheiben sind witzlos, klein, weder hoch noch breit. Wenn Sie können, würde ich lieber eine andere Apotheke in Simmering aufsuchen. the few, really friendly employees don't seem to stay here long. apart from that, the entire pharmacy team does not wear any MNS. the plexiglass panes are pointless, small, neither high nor wide. If you can, I would rather go to another pharmacy in Simmering.
F	Freddy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ leider ist die chefin (ältere grauhaarige) nicht für einen zeitgemäßen kundenkontakt geschaffen. mit einer belehrenden, arroganten bzw. überheblichen art wirkt man heutzutage im kundenverkehr etwas aus der zeit gefallen. an die apotheke nachweislich übermittelte mails werden nicht gelesen bzw. deren empfang in abrede gestellt. um so positiver fällt die freundlichkeit und kompetenz des jungen mitarbeiters auf. die chefin dieser apotheke trägt dazu bei, dass - dort wo es möglich ist - künftig vermehrt im internet gekauft wird. unfortunately the boss (older gray-haired) is not made for contemporary customer contact. With an instructive, arrogant or arrogant manner, one seems to be a bit out of date in the customer traffic these days. E-mails verifiably transmitted to the pharmacy will not be read or their receipt will be denied. the friendliness and competence of the young employee are all the more positive. the head of this pharmacy is helping to ensure that - where possible - more purchases are made on the internet in the future.
M	Muna Muna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Ich habe in Ihrer Apotheke etwas bestellt und die Apothekerin hat mir gesagt die Lieferung dauert 2-3 Wochen , ich soll dann anrufen und nachfragen ob die Ware schon eingetroffenen ist. Dies habe ich heute nach mehrere Versuchen getan und als endlich eine Damen aufgehoben hat und ich gefragt habe in das Medikament schon da ist hat Sie mir auf eine sehr unhöfliche ARTE geantwortet ich soll in die Apotheke kommen und anschließend den Hörer aufgelegt !! Was ist das für ein Benehmen bitte ?? Man kann das ja auch in einer zivilisierten Form erklären oder nicht , mit „Grüß Gott, Danke und auf Wiederhören…“ Und wenn die telefonische Auskunft nicht erwünscht ist dann vielleicht den Kunden nicht sagen das sie anrufen sollen sonder persönlich sich erkundigen müssen … Ich werde definitiv bei Ihnen nichts mehr kaufen Dear Sir or Madam, I have ordered something from your pharmacy and the pharmacist told me the delivery will take 2-3 weeks, I should then call and ask if the goods have already arrived.
