M	Margit Hegenbart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weil mein Arzt seine Ordinationszeiten geändert hatte und ich Hilfe benötigte, wandte ich mich an diese Apotheke. Eine besonders liebenswerte Frau Magister maß mir sofort den Blutdruck, kümmerte sich um einen Ersatzarzt und kündigte mich dort telefonisch an. Bin voll Dankbarkeit! Auch sonst wird man in dieser Apotheke vorzüglich und freundlichst beraten! Because my doctor had changed his office hours and I needed help, I turned to this pharmacy. A particularly lovely Frau Magister immediately measured my blood pressure, looked after a substitute doctor and announced me by phone. I am full of gratitude! Otherwise you will get excellent and friendly advice in this pharmacy!
I	Ingrid Mackowiak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ es hört niemand zu...ich wollte eine WEIßE Zugsalbe und natürlich bekam ich eine mit Teer die ich nichtmal umtauschen darf....Nachtrag: nach telefonischer Beschwerde wurde mir nun doch ein Umtausch genehmigt. Nobody listens ... I wanted a WHITE train ointment and of course I got one with tar that I am not even allowed to exchange .... Addendum: after a telephone complaint I was allowed to exchange it.

Ich wollte "die Pille danach" die Dame (Apothekerin) bestand darauf das ich es vorher mit mein Arzt besprechen muss und dann erst bekomme ich es, jetzt kommts .... den Impfstoff damit mir mein Arzt mich impfen kann ??‍♀️ Ich hab gleich gesagt, dass ich vorher online gelesen habe dass es Rezeptfrei ist und heute ist Samstag wie soll ich mein Hausarzt /Frauenarzt den erreichen und ich war ganz verwirrt das es eine Impfung ist, weil der Name dieses Medikaments sagt alles oder ?? "PILLE danach ".Aber, sie bestand dass es eine Impfung ist ! Ich bin schnell zu einer anderen Apotheke gegangen, wo ich super aufgeklärt wurde und die eine Pille bekommen habe. ? Ps: Ich muss nur hinzufügen, ich glaube es war eine Praktikantin die mich beraten hat, weil ich sie davor nicht gesehen habe (" PKT" stand auf ihrem Namesschild)... Bitte, wenn sie nicht sicher ist sollte sie einen erfahrenen Kollegen fragen! Man lernt aus Fehlern, deswegen wollte ich es zur Sprache bringen! Danke I almost always go to this pharmacy .. They are super nice and advise you exactly and correctly (normally). I wanted "the morning-after pill" the lady (pharmacist) insisted that I have to discuss it with my doctor beforehand and only then will I get it, now it will come ... the vaccine so that my doctor can vaccinate me ??‍♀️ I immediately said that I had read online beforehand that it was without a prescription and today is Saturday how should I contact my GP / gynecologist and I was very confused that it was a vaccination is because the name of this drug says it all right ??? "PILL after" .But, she insisted that it is a vaccination! I quickly went to another pharmacy, where I was very well informed and was given a pill. ? Ps: I just have to add, I think it was an intern who advised me because I hadn't seen her before ("PKT" was on her nameplate) ... Please, if she is not sure, you should ask an experienced colleague ! You learn from mistakes, so I wanted to bring it up! thanks
G	Gabriela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe leider schon 2x keine telefonische Benachrichtigung zur Abholung eines bestellten Produkts bekommen, obwohl es vorab so angekündigt wurde. Als ich auf Eigeninitiative nachfragte, war mein Produkt bereits wieder zurückgeschickt worden und als "nicht abgeholt" deklariert. Ich sollte eine erneute Bestellung durchführen, entschied mich dann aber für eine andere Apotheke, wo ich telefonisch bestellte und das Produkt noch am selben Tag abholen konnte. Unfortunately, I have already received 2x no telephone notification to pick up an ordered product, even though it was announced in advance. When I asked on my own initiative, my product had already been sent back and declared as "not picked up". I was supposed to place another order, but then decided to go to another pharmacy, where I ordered by phone and picked up the product the same day.

Herr Magister schlichtet lieber Rezepte weg und spielt sich 5 Minuten mit Heftklammern als den Kunden kompetent zu beraten. Herr Magister konnte keine fachgerechte Auskunft über Globuli und kolloides Silber geben. Ich bin der Meinung dann sollte er seinen Beruf ändern- am besten beim Postschalter dort braucht er sich auch nicht schnell bewegen und der IQ lässt auch zu wünschen übrig ??nie wieder!!! - da habe ich als Kunde mehr Ahnung ? Very rude, extremely slow! Mr. Magister prefers to put away recipes and play with staples for 5 minutes than to give the customer competent advice. Mr. Magister could not give any professional information about globules and colloidal silver. I am of the opinion that he should then change his job - ideally at the post office counter there he does not need to move quickly and the IQ leaves a lot to be desired - never again! - As a customer, I have a better idea ?

D	Dima Dimitrov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ leider ...... gibt es kein niedrigeres Niveau als einen Stern.......nicht alle Mitarbeiter ... aber es gibt einige, deren Platz nicht dort ist .... (geistig nicht gut) unfortunately......there is no lower level than one star....not all staff...but there are some whose place is not there....(mentally not good)
