Incompetent pharmacy. Cashier refuses to sell non-prescription drugs and insists on herbal alternative products without active ingredients.

Good advice and a selection of alternative or complementary means. Sometimes standing in line. Ordering and info on delivery work perfectly. Currently also corona testing, which is very practical.

Setup kept a bit simple. Very friendly and competent pharmacists. Despite the large number of customers, take enough time for each individual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the nice experiences I have in austria.. first of all, they speak fluent English.. they even wrote it on thier door which was surprisingly pleasant.
Secondly, staff is really cooperative and they tend to guide you if you are nor sure what you want
There is plenty of space inside the pharmacy, hand sanitizer is at the enterance
Only thing which sometime bogter is is the lunch break which happens between 12 to 14. So, this pharmacy is closed for couple of hours during day time.
Apart from the working hours, I really think this is the role model for many pharmacies where customer service is not given priority
