★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein unglaublicher Flegel, der Verkäufer, den ich in der TV-Abteilung erlebte. Zuerst wurde ich ignoriert und dann auch noch angefahren, weil ich eine Frage hatte. Wenn sich jemand so schwer tut, sich freundlich oder zumindest irgendwie neutral zu verhalten, dann kann einem so ein Mensch nur leid tun. Ist diese Arbeit so frustrierend? Woran auch immer es liegt, für das Geschäft ist das jedenfalls nicht gut.
An incredible lout, the salesman I encountered in the TV department. At first I was ignored and then hit upon because I had a question. If someone finds it so difficult to behave in a friendly or at least somehow neutral way, then one can only feel sorry for such a person. Is this work that frustrating? Whatever the reason, it's certainly not good for business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beratung war nett und ganz gut. Aber wenn dann wichtige Teile des Gerätes vergessen werden einzupacken und dann lapidar gesagt wird: Können Sie sich jederzeit abholen das fehlende Teil. Ja super, wer zahlt mir 45 km Fahrt, die ich mir hätte sparen können, wenn gleich mitgedacht worden wäre.
Advice was nice and very good. But if you then forget to pack important parts of the device and then it is said succinctly: You can pick up the missing part at any time. Yes, great, who pays me 45 km of driving, which I could have saved if I had thought about it right away.
